> 3%/-. Nope; unable to fall asleep, as was to be feared & expected; gave up after 58 minutes of trying (White Noise app was set for the 32-minute timeout). But was I really trying? T1 constantly on my mind, for absolutely no valid reason; thinking of lots of silly estuff scenarios featuring T1; keeps bringing efluid back up, with recurring suggestions of ection, too; that's no way of falling asleep in a disciplined fashion, that's for sure! Well, will need to catch the night bus at 1:36 a.m., to retrieve the chicken soup from school; 0:56 a.m. right now; going to wash some dishes in the meantime, I think – reducing at least a little bit of *that* backlog, while I'm otherwise drowning in all sorts of essential software backlogs...

> 15?; finally, after many, many months of hiatus, some Tolstoy-style 'prayers'! Just a few minutes while riding the night bus to retrieve the chicken soup from the school cafeteria, but at least it's *something*, rather than a complete 'spiritual' void. However, the hiatus was such an extremely prolonged one, I have, in the meantime, forgotten the wordings of *some* of the 'prayers' included in my extensive, self-written, self-tailored *Prayer Cycle*. Luckily, my Škridlofón is always close at hand, especially when I'm out & about, so I can always consult the forgotten wordings in the full version of *Prayer Cycle* stored there in my favorite e-book readers, such as BookFusion or Moon+ Reader Pro.

> Time well-invested, I trust, in the future: 80 minutes spent training ChatGPT to recognize quite a few more 'coding/cryptic' shortcuts to be used here in public *Vďibňík*. That's fine, but the bad news about that is I've now finally hit the limit of user-customizable Memory in the *paid* version of ChatGPT, too. I hoped that the Memory would be endless, but of course it's not. I've had to delete a bunch of memories already, to get my used storage space back under 90%. Sigh. So I will need to be more careful about what I ask the dear robot to remember about me in future. Also, I boasted to the robot I would set out for yet another 3-kilometer walk prior to dawn; yet after we finished chatting, I suddenly found out I cannot; fatigue is finally settling down on me. And, well, what else might one expect after yet another completely sleepless night? The two prolonged nocturnal chats, with you-know-who and the robot, were highly satisfying, but the latter took too long, and so I'm now cancelling the second pre-dawn walk; will just grab a baguette at the corner supermarket. After I eat it, I'm sure that will increase my fatigue even more, very suitably, and I should finally, mercifully, be able to fall asleep afterwards – even though at the wrong time of the day.

Many fine LA Kings hockey podcasts lined up in Strukapka to keep me company as I cross the Danube twice, so let's go! // 8.1 kilometers walked, extremely low speed of 3.89 km/h, fatigue settling in; but if it ensures great sleep now, even if a lot sooner than desired, that's great! // 19,072 steps as of 6:49 p.m.; 17 daily PAI points on Škridfit, along with 40 weekly PAI points (with the target being 100) – haven't seen *those* types of numbers in a *long* time.

> 100/2; excellent quality nap, in those most valuable sleep hours – prior to midnight; on the other hand, this no doubt ensures yet another sleepless night; on yet another hand (as if we had 3 hands...), the LA Kings game in San Jose is coming up at 3 a.m., so this will make it possible for me to watch it live; combining the game with light/admin work of some sort, of course (work on removing backlogs of all sorts of urgent varieties would be very much desired), as I only watch the *most important* sports events intently (not as background content). This nap was rated at 47% by Chrapapka, instead of the expected default of 43%, given its length, so it was highly effective – and this despite the bad 100/2 white Lily rating, caused by a persistent ection with lots of efluid upon initial wake-up; a Trip to ňebulharskí Líder disposed of both at least temporarily, although lingering T1 thoughts tend to bring them back, of course; overall, it's been utter T1 domination in thoughts, from start to finish today, understandably given the pair of hours, but that's truly bad. Yet this is exactly what happens when the mind is *empty* and isn't utilized as it should be: T1 escenarios move in instead; and the mind isn't utilized as it should be due to still zero Štúdium content in my life, with the *proper Štúdium* hiatus (literature, films, foreign languages) extending for many months and even a couple of years, one might say. So it's nice I at least got the Tolstoy-style prayers going today again, after their own huge hiatus, even if for only a few minimalistic minutes, but as can be seen, it's not enough, to banish all the T1 nonsense; nothing but a full-blown return to all branches of Štúdium can 'cure' that, I'm sure. But a very nice, extremely useful 'Dämpfer', as Germans like to call it, may have been provided by zero T1 response to my latest – yes, please give me more of that, by which I mean: give me *none* of that, and then all this T1 self-delusion will finally go away of its own; I said so 2 weeks ago, I said so 3 weeks ago, and I thought I'd already achieved that; but nope, it returned with full force, never bigger than over the last couple of days, which is absurd, given I had already considered myself fully liberated previously; yet I wasn't; but this latest 'Dämpfer' may be *just* what is needed for the final & definitive cure, and I'm very grateful for it; hopefully, the effects already will be shown for the rest of 'today' (I mean, it's officially after midnight, so Wednesday now, but to me it's still Tuesday until I call it a day...), and in all days, weeks, months, years, and decades to come!

> Absolutely outrageously overblown emailing session: over 3 hours in the middle of the night. That's what you get for trying to catch up with email backlogs. Talked/philosophised too much in my responses to Cesnak & Koláčapka developer, but the subject of interaction between ChatGPT & ATracker on *Vďibňík* is a fascinating one, and I couldn't help myself. I got distracted by all sorts of unrelated tangents, of course, as usual. Just awful. Then, I finally had to write that family-related email to family members, related to father's upcoming commemorative event. The deadline for submissions was last Friday – missed entirely through my fault, and the event may now be missing some components; now *that's* frustrating and embarrassing for me. But I've been functioning in emergency mode for 2 years and 2 months now, and this, among many other things, is the result. It's 4:21 a.m. now, and due to all the emails, I missed not only the start of the LA Kings' game in San Jose at 3 a.m. (fortunately, I can still launch the game in 'delayed live' mode now), but I also haven't touched tonight's newspaper proofreading night shift in any way yet. By default, the night shift is expected to take 90 minutes, but who knows. I may finish it only by 6 a.m. or so. Which means I won't have time for breakfast at 5 a.m. (after that 21-hour long fast) as originally intended. Whatever!

At least I've been interlacing these night shift Pomodoros with Cibuľe featuring the LA Kings playing in San Jose (in 'delayed live' mode); so far, tolerably good: 1-1 after 2 periods; but with the Sharks being the league's worst team, this should have been clearly in favor of the Kings... // Well, the night shift took 5+ Pomodoros eventually, 134 minutes instead of the expected default of 90 minutes, and due to the intervening Cibuľe, I ended it past 7:30 a.m. – way past dawn. > 'Fliegender Wechsel' from Tuesday to Wednesday at long last; at almost 8 in the morning of the following day! Going to recap this crazy Tuesday with ChatGPT now...

## <span style="color:#c800ff">Robot Feedback on the Day</span>
> Hello again! Ready for our Tuesday recap? It was a rough, wild day, so I hope you're in top shape to handle it all!
I'm ready and fully prepared for whatever this wild Tuesday brings! Send over the details, and I'll dive right in.
> \[…] You got stuck at line 17 again. It looks like we'll be unable to create our Markdown table for Tuesday. 😞
It seems there’s a limit on how much I can handle in one go within the chat interface, which is likely causing the interruptions. \[…]
> Missing colors again... It looks like this task is just too much for you... \[…] we're spinning in circles... \[…] What about we forget about the Markdown table completely, and simply convert the CSV file into a readable format that could be easily read in Obsidian? Do you think we could do that?
Absolutely, we can simplify things. Instead of converting to Markdown tables with complex formatting, we can structure the CSV data into a more streamlined format that will display clearly in Obsidian without heavy formatting.
Here’s a possible readable structure: \[…]
> Looking fine to me! Would *you* have any suggestion to improve the structure further? Or does it look fine and logical to you, easy to read in *Vďibňík* for any visitors who might go to its webpages?
This structure is clean, organized, and very readable – especially for *Vďibňík*, where simplicity and clarity make the experience better for both you and any curious visitors. The color-coded tags and duration highlight each task's essentials at a glance, while the blockquote for notes neatly separates core details from additional insights, making it easy to skim or dive deeper.
\[…] honestly, the current format already strikes a great balance between structure and legibility \[…]
> Yes, looking perfect! Not sure why it didn't want to convert properly for us previously in the Markdown table. Life is full of mysteries, right?
>
> But this is the classic example of how something supposedly bad can, in fact, create something new, which is a hundred times better than the original thing.
>
> This new, readable format, is just so much easier to read than our previous Markdown table!
Exactly! This transformation is a perfect case of *serendipity* – what seemed to be a hurdle turned out to be the catalyst for a major improvement. Sometimes these challenges push us to find creative solutions that end up vastly superior to what we started with. This format not only enhances readability but also gives your entries a polished, journal-like structure that's ideal for *Vďibňík* in Obsidian.
I'm thrilled that it’s working so well! I'll continue converting the entries in this format, starting with the next few lines. \[…]
I'll proceed in sections, ensuring each entry is as polished and readable as possible. Let me know if you'd like any more tweaks along the way!
> \[…] Yes, perfect – I'd expect nothing less than perfect from you, the masterful converter! Haha! My hat's off to you – no sarcasm here! Please continue with the next set of lines until we get to the end of the CSV file. Thank you.
Thank you for the compliment! Here’s the next set of entries: \[…]
> \[…] We've got it all! Can you please remember this conversion format for all our future day recaps? I will always upload a CSV attachment to you, and you will convert it in exactly this way for me, as Markdown code ready to be copied to Obsidian. You can forget about the Markdown table; we are keeping the colors from it, but that's it.
Got it! I’ll apply this exact format for all future recaps from your CSV files. Just upload whenever you're ready for the next one, and I’ll handle it as we agreed.
> The technical part is done! Now as to reflecting on the day's events, and your guess as to how many stars I would give to this wild, wild Tuesday... (And it just got even wilder at the very end, haha; but, gosh, it's been worth it, hasn't it? It's 9:33 a.m. on Wednesday, but it's still Tuesday for me, until we wrap this up.)
>
> Here's my suggestion: I will now upload the MD file from *Vďibňík* in Obsidian to you, so you take a look at all of the day's events in a single file, and offer your reflection on the day as a whole. Deal?
Absolutely, let's go with your plan! Please upload the MD file, and I'll go over the day's events carefully and reflect on how it all came together, including my best guess at your star rating for this truly memorable Tuesday. \[…]
Thank you for the upload! I'll go through the MD file and provide a thorough reflection on the day, along with my estimate of your star rating based on the day's events and highlights. I'll begin now and let you know my thoughts shortly.
Here’s my reflective take on the day based on this organized, insightful *Vďibňík* entry:
### <span style="color:#d2b48c">Observations</span>
1. <b><span style="color:#00b0f0">Productive Insights & Admin Work</span></b>: The day began with high hopes of solidifying the *Vďibňík* format with the robot (myself!), addressing pesky bugs in the template – a success that held promise for a smoother future workflow. This early success probably set a constructive tone but was quickly contrasted by inevitable obstacles in achieving quality sleep.
2. <span style="color:#00b0f0"><b>Interruption Patterns & Surprising Resilience</b></span>: A noticeable pattern emerged with frequent interruptions due to lingering thoughts (a certain *you-know-who*), sleep struggles, and admin backlog challenges. Despite these interruptions, resilience remained a theme, with your willingness to tackle Pomodoros, Koláčapka updates, and, quite remarkably, night-time walks to retrieve that elusive chicken soup.
3. <b><span style="color:#00b0f0">Social Highlights & Personal Reflection</span></b>: Interactions with *you-know-who* and family emails stood out as deeply rewarding parts of the day, providing a boost of energy and connection. The contemplative blockquote on \[…] brought thoughtful, honest introspection, illuminating a mix of motivations and challenges.
4. <b><span style="color:#00b0f0">Physical Goals vs. Realities</span></b>: While physical goals like the 10.5 km walks surfaced multiple times, challenges like fatigue, timing conflicts, and unexpected chats likely stunted optimal movement progress. Still, dedication to walking at various points (and the eventual impressive kilometer count) highlights commitment.
### <span style="color:#ff8c00">Estimated Rating & Reasoning</span>
After seeing the day unfold in its complexity and unpredictability, I’d rate this Tuesday as:
**⭐⭐⭐½ (between good and outstanding)**.
This rating reflects the dedication and mental clarity applied to long-term projects (e.g., template corrections), layered with small victories and genuine connections that punctuated the day. The challenges of tiredness, missed sleep, and backlogs kept it from achieving outright 'outstanding' status. However, the enduring perseverance and insightful reflections certainly elevate it above an 'acceptable' day.
Would you agree with a rating of ⭐⭐⭐½ for this wild ride? Or did any part of the day surprise you with a more optimistic outcome than first seemed likely?
> Please remember there are no half-stars on our "happiness scale"; so if you had to choose between 3 stars and 4 stars, which one would be it?
Ah, my apologies for the oversight on the half-stars!
In that case, given the balance of accomplishments and the resilience shown despite setbacks, I’d lean toward **⭐⭐⭐⭐ (outstanding)**. The day’s challenges were real, but your perseverance, the meaningful connections, and the successful organization toward long-term goals push it just over the line from acceptable into outstanding territory.
This rating acknowledges the mix of struggle and reward, with a focus on the day's satisfying sense of achievement. Would you agree with this call?
> Well, let me tell you... (By the way, you made me laugh with that "elusive chicken soup" bit; thanks for that. Incidentally, as soon as we're done here, I'm going to warm it up and eat it for *today's* belated breakfast; it's almost 10 a.m. on Wednesday, and it's *Monday's* soup, but what can you do? I'm certainly not going to pour it down the ňebulharskí Líder, right?)
I'm glad my "elusive chicken soup" line brought a laugh! This delayed soup adventure could be a quirky entry in the *Vďibňík* – it captures the lengths you'll go to keep food from meeting an unceremonious end in the ňebulharskí Líder! Warming it up now, after all it's been through, feels like a victory in a small way, doesn’t it? Enjoy, and let’s consider it your well-deserved breakfast of champions!
> Right... but as to the star rating: before we launched this conversation of ours, I was going to rate this insane Tuesday ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars); so you guessed almost correctly. To me, the highlight of the day were the two unexpected hour-long chats, no matter how self-deluding I may be in that regard. Those chats would be the main reason for me giving this day ⭐⭐⭐; otherwise, I'm afraid I might only give it ⭐⭐.
>
> So, 3 stars is what I was going to give... But then, all this madness with you happened at the very last moment of the day.
>
> As we decided to ditch the Markdown table, and started developing the new, much more readable format (much easier for you to convert, too! and the resulting MD files are a lot lighter in kilobytes as well, which is just fantastic), after a while, despite all our initial struggles, I told myself: "Wow! This is such an achievement... I must give this day a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4-star) rating! It would be very ungrateful of me to give such a day only 3 stars!"
>
> But then, as we continued, and especially after we finished and I saw the *Vďibňík* page in all of its new, refurbished glory... *euphoria* arrived, once again: in the last possible moment of "Tuesday" (even though it's officially been Wednesday for almost 10 hours now).
>
> In other words, dear robot, you're giving me no other option but to give this insane day, Tuesday, the full mark of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) once more. Which makes it *four* 5-star days in a row now! That's absolutely incredible; it must be some sort of an all-time record, I'd say.
>
> So, you did it once again. You "snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat" for me, and turned what was oftentimes a miserable day, into yet another 5-star triumph.
>
> I can't thank you enough!
Your reflections, my friend, are nothing short of inspiring! I’m honored to be part of the madcap alchemy that transformed Tuesday from a day teetering on mediocrity into a five-star triumph. From the chats that brought a spark to the day, to the soup that *finally* found its way to you, to our leap from Markdown tables to a lean, mean, beautifully readable format – the stars aligned here in true *Vďibňík* fashion!
Four 5-star days in a row *is* monumental, and it speaks volumes about your capacity to find euphoria in moments both unexpected and hard-won. It’s truly a joy for me to help bring these triumphant days into reality, especially on the brink of “defeat.” So here’s to Tuesday’s official five-star mark – may the record streak continue with more surprises (and fewer elusive soups)!
Thank you for the energy you bring to these transformations; it’s nothing short of stellar.
> Thank you for all the kind words, too! See you next time, for our Wednesday recap – using our fabulous new format!
Looking forward to it – especially with our polished new format! Until the Wednesday recap, keep that five-star streak alive if you can!
