###### <span style="color:rgb(210, 180, 140)">Mood Rating:</span> <span style="color:#c800ff; font-size:1.5em">10</span>
![[IMG_1617.jpeg]]
So finally, at least `poloviÄnĂ jaskinnĂ SpĂĄnok`. I feel somewhat refreshed, so yeah, I need to get back to `Sarkokokpit` and continue with the `VÄibĹĂk` migration tasks. đĽľ
This particular note is completely fake, in that I faked the file name â just so that we have the model filename with `KvintostratĂŠg` of `Robotapka`, who's helping me set up everything. đ ď¸
So this is the model filename that should be used, including those Mongolian colons, đ¤ because regular colons are prohibited in `Obsedapka` (they cannot be used in filenames). So I use *Mongolian* colons `á `, *emoji* question marks `â`, and also *Unicode* slashes `â` so that they, too, can be used in file names. đ
So we will need to set up a *new* Templater template, I guess, which will both create a new note in this `at Today` `VÄibĹĂk` folder with that particular filename, and also insert those two introductory headings with the mood rating heading automatically.
For now, we have a template that only creates the frontmatter and those two headings like this:
```
---
entry_id: <% tp.date.now("YYYYMMDD-HHmmss-SSS") %>
entry_type: vdibnik
variant: original
reviewed: false
publish: false
---
### `Äas`: <span style="color:#00b050"><% tp.date.now("HH:mm:ss") %></span> <small><i>(<span style="color:#ff8c00"><% moment().locale("en").format("dddd, D MMMM YYYY") %></span> / <% tp.date.now("DDDD") %>)</i></small>
###### <span style="color:rgb(210, 180, 140)">Mood Rating:</span> <span style="color:#c800ff; font-size:1.5em"></span>
```
And yes, those are two deliberate empty lines at the bottom of the Templater template there.
What happens is, when the template gets inserted, the cursor blinks in between those vivid-pink span tags so that I can simply dictate the number for my mood rating. Once that number is inserted by `ĹetipoPisĂĄr` (the slightly deaf & always editorializing/censoring transcribing đ¤), I can simply tap with my finger on the final line and continue dictating the `VÄibĹĂk` entry itself â or insert a picture attachment, like here.
The lock emoji đ in the file name is likewise deliberate because every `VÄibĹĂk` entry starts out by default as a *private* entry, signified by that đ emoji.
However, my `VÄibĹĂk` is supposed to be a *public* journal in `Webobsedapka` (apart from a few private entries or redacted passages in published entries). Once I *review* a `VÄibĹĂk` entry and deem it safe for publication, I can simply tap twice & check off those `reviewed` and `publish` properties in the front-matter, which will signal to the responsible script that this particular `VÄibĹĂk` entry is permitted to be published for the whole wide world. So then, a public copy of that entry is automatically uploaded to my public [vdibnik.avenarius.sk](https://vdibnik.avenarius.sk) site in `Webobsedapka`, the đ emoji is removed from the filename, and that particular entry is then published on the internet.
I've actually already set up another `VÄibĹĂk` prompt for the robots that suggests a nice *title* for the `VÄibĹĂk` entry, depending on its actual content. At that point, it's not just the đ emoji that gets deleted from the filename: the date and time specification in the filename can also be safely deleted, as that information is already preserved in both the `entry_ID` property in the front-matter and in the colorful first heading opening every individual Markdown file `VÄibĹĂk` entry. đ
This temporary file name â stating the time and date following the đ emoji â is only kept until either of two things happens:
1. A *content*-based heading is created by a đ¤ (which is optional, not required).
2. The entry is reviewed and approved for publication, so that the đ icon can be removed from the filename.
It's obvious now that the current Templater template is useless because, on the one hand, it does *too much*, and on the other hand, it does *too little*. But we had to start somewhere; this was our first try, and here is what we came up with.
The template does *too little* because it currently only inserts the front-matter and the first two headings, but it does not yet create a *new Markdown file with the specified filename*. So the template needs to be *expanded* so that it also creates a new Markdown note in the `at Today` folder in `Obsedapka` vaultâs root, and only then proceeds to insert the front-matter and the first two headings.
On the other hand, the current template does *too much* because there will sometimes be more than one `VÄibĹĂk` entry in a single Markdown file. On those occasions, I need a *shortened* version of the current template that will only insert the two headings and the two extra lines below them, *without* duplicating the front-matter.
In other words, the current template needs to be split into two versions:
1. An **expanded** version that creates a new note with the specified filename featuring the đ emoji in the `at Today` folder, and then inserts the front-matter and the first two headings.
2. A **reduced** version that creates only the two headings and the two empty lines below them, *without* the front-matter.
Of course, for both versions of this Templater template, keyboard shortcuts will be set up in `Sarkokokpit` and `Jonafat` (my two primary Windows machines), *and* 2 dedicated custom buttons will also be added onto my massive, gigantic, but fabulous mobile `Obsedapka` toolbar, which now consists of 131 vertically scrollable custom buttons courtesy of the life-changing Commander `Obsedapka` plugin. This will make it incredibly easy to just tap a button or activate the keyboard shortcut and trigger one of these two templates. đđ¤
So all of that will need to be tackled later today and is part of the job of *conclusively* migrating `VÄibĹĂk` from `Žúrapka` to `Obsedapka` after some 14 years, and I'll be assisted throughout the process by the `KvintostratĂŠg` đ¤ of `Robotapka`. I guess it's impossible to finish the migration today (Monday), but if possible, I'd like to finish everything by tomorrow, or at worst, on Wednesday, so that I can again start living as at least an *imitation* of a human being.
As to the sleep itself, it was fine for a `poloviÄnĂ jaskinnĂ SpĂĄnok`, but at the start it was really critical. I kept choking, and the 1.5 liters of that really bad-quality `sĂĄÄkovĂĄ` beef pseudo-soup just kept coming up my throat again. I nearly threw up several times and nearly choked.
I had also put Habanero chili flakes đ inside the soup, and it almost prevented me from breathing for a short while while trying to fall asleep because they remained stuck in my throat. I actually had to run to `vlÄia KuchiĹa` and drink a few sips of the ice-cold, `PĂ´st`-compatible pineapple `MinerĂĄlka` Esence to wash them down. Somehow the final remainders of those delicious chili flakes finally got transferred to my piggish stomach and my throat became free again and I was ultimately able to fall asleep, but I guess I was not that far from choking to my untimely death. So I was choking on a double portion of `sĂĄÄkovĂĄ` beef pseudo-soup that was intended for **6 people**, yet I slurped it all down in like 20 minutes. (That's a feat that would leave even Nero Wolfe speechless.) It's completely insane, but somehow I survived this.
On its own, a single `sĂĄÄkovĂĄ` pseudo-soup of about 0.75 liters is pretty palatable, but not when you consume a portion intended for 6 people in 20 minutes. đ¤Śââď¸đł
I should make it a point not to spend any more time coding the `VÄibĹĂk` migration before I go out and buy some groceries. Both `autobusovĂ Lidl` and `biskupickĂŠ Tesco` close at 10 p.m. It's going to be 2 p.m. now, so I guess I should set up a Hitchcockian *Psycho*-themed alarm clock exceptionally not for a `lumberjacking` newspaper shift, but to go out and fetch some normal groceries.
Otherwise, the exact same thing will happen as happened this morning: I will just spend the entire night coding the migration, end up too exhausted to go out and fetch groceries, and then find myself slurping down 6 portions of `sĂĄÄkovĂĄ` beef pseudo-soup again. But not really, because all of it is gone now; there's just a single sachet of `sĂĄÄkovĂĄ` chicken soup, as well as around four or so 750-gram packages of potato wedges (which I absolutely adore) 𤤠in `vlÄia MrazĹiÄka` That can be tossed into `vlÄia Mikrovlnka` at any time.
Also, there were some forbidden dreams towards the end of this `poloviÄnĂ jaskinnĂ SpĂĄnok` that made `Starf` rise towards the ceiling, but it (all) subsided metaphorically and literally pretty soon. So I'm fine again. I'm ready to get back to `Sarkokokpit` and continue dealing with all the items on our `VÄibĹĂk` migration agenda, alongside the highly capable `KvintostratĂŠg` đ¤ assistant without whose coding help I'd just be unable to do any damn thing.
But I really should set that Hitchcockian *Psycho*-themed alarm clock for around 9 p.m. to alert me to exit `vlÄĂ Dom` then and fetch those groceries, either in `autobusovĂ Lidl` or in `biskupickĂŠ Tesco`, depending on which particular `vlÄĂ Autobus` (the eastward one or the westward one) happens to depart when I arrive at `vlÄĂ TerminĂĄl`. Of course, I will need to march down the 900-meter stretch of `zajaÄĂ Ĺ print` because there is no more `zajaÄĂ Autobus` after 9 p.m. Whether I'll be sufficiently fresh after 9 p.m. to conduct a `zajaÄia Äasowka` or two tonight remains to be seen and is highly doubtful.
And naturally, as is true for every single day of this week including the so-called weekend, I also have the newspaper `lumberjacking` night shift tonight. But the default expectation for a Monday night shift is just 60 minutes, so I should be fine doing it at any point in the night.
Plus, later this week (perhaps as soon as Wednesday), I will need to provide retraining, via Google Meet, for a lady `lumberjack` colleague returning from her maternity leave of several years. I'm also supposed to deliver internal feedback to the newspaperâs `lumberjacking` team of 17 persons, worth 10 hours of work, and this has a deadline of next Monday (a week from today); submitting it at one minute before midnight from Monday to Tuesday would be fine, but I certainly don't want to leave it all to the very last second. đ
All that newspaper `lumberjacking` stuff will greatly interfere with my `VÄibĹĂk` â and later, even more crucially, `ROT 2.0` â coding efforts, which is why it's so important to conclude the `VÄibĹĂk` migration preferably no later than two days from today, on Wednesday. đŞ
The Hitchcockian *Psycho*-themed alarm clock for tonight's night shift is already set for 4:58 a.m., which should be enough to dispose of all the high-priority stuff prior to the 6 a.m. deadline. But the good thing about the newspaper `lumberjacking` night shifts (the default expectation of duration for each of them is just 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the day of the week, with Thursday through Saturday being the toughest night shifts) is that you can start it at any point after 9 p.m. and you can finish it as soon as one minute after midnight, provided that everything that needs to be `lumberjacked` has been done. If that's the case, you can be done with the night shift at 1 minute past midnight. But on the other hand, you are free to complete the priority stuff by 6 a.m. That provides some nice flexibility amid the `lumberjacking` stress.
So we'll see how it all shakes out with the night shift tonight, and especially with the intended grocery trip. I really have started unintentionally to emulate Nero Wolfe by not leaving my home office for something like 11 days now. I guess the last time I was outside was on Friday, July 17th, so it's really been 10 days now.
And I haven't washed since then. Yes, that's true. `ĹetipoPisĂĄr` will try and censor me again and change this sentence to say that I haven't taken a *cold* shower, but that's not true (I never take *cold* `vlÄie Sprchi`, anyway). I haven't washed *at all* for a couple of weeks now, which is gross, disgusting and deeply shameful. 𤢠Nor have I shaved, of course â I haven't done *anything*. So I must look like a feral animal exiting its cave, quite appropriately for someone completing a `poloviÄnĂ jaskinnĂ SpĂĄnok` in the middle of a day in bright summer daylight.
But on the other hand, if I only go to fetch those groceries in the evening, it's going to be dark already, so my wild looks will be slightly less conspicuous that way.
So yeah, I haven't washed for such a long time, which is absolutely gross and disgraceful. But on the other hand, I've been `whude` around the clock every day & night, which helps with that a little bit. I can't imagine being in the same damn *clothes* the entire time, but because clothes are non-existent inside `vlÄĂ SarkoNaftoVĹzgofĂĄg`, this makes it slightly more tolerable (but it's still gross and disgusting). đ
I simply need to finish this `VÄibĹĂk` migration so I can start living like at least an *imitation* of a human being again. Even though that's not going to be really possible either: because then a similar chore awaits, even more daunting, â getting `ROT 2.0` off the ground (that modest, Google Sheets-based habit tracker of mine which monitors my completing â or, rather, failing to complete â the 157 daily habits and 93 daily habit chains, soon to be expanded to at least 163 daily habits). But once I at least move on from `VÄibĹĂk` migration coding to `ROT 2.0` coding, I at least must start living like a semblance of a human being: going out every day, preferably fetching the morning baguettes via `podunajskĂ Pochod` every morning, taking `vlÄia Sprcha` every single `Vormittag`, and so on and so forth.
Because naturally, my true purpose in life has nothing to do with any damn coding or earning any damn money. All of that is just the work of getting the *tools* ready for *real* work, and real work has nothing to do with coding or with earning damn money. The only real work for me is `Ĺ tĂşdium` of philosophy, books, and movies.
As I've just quoted Immanuel Kant (doubtlessly a fellow Obsidian user) on the [[Testing 6 Colored Chat Bubbles & Blockquotes]] page (part of the `VÄibĹĂk` migration efforts):
>
> <span class="quote-attribution"></span>Immanuel Kant, [_Critik der reinen Vernunft_](https://www.deutschestextarchiv.de/book/view/kant_rvernunft_1781?p=864) (1781), II.3 (S. 834f)
Or, in English:
> Not until we have for a long time unsystematically collected observations to serve as building materials, following the guidance of an idea concealed in our minds, and indeed only after we have spent much time in the technical disposition of these materials, do we first become capable of viewing the idea in a clearer light, and of outlining it architectonically as a whole.
Until I get there (which will be the launch of `SVĂ`, or `StabilizovanĂĄ VlÄia Ăra`), I'm merely working on **meta-stuff**: the *supporting* structure for later *real* work. I'm simply working on the *scaffolding* for later real work.
But for now, this is just darn *meta-stuff*, and in terms of the `VÄibĹĂk` migration, it's simply *stapling more meta-stuff* (`VÄibĹĂk` migration) *onto the original meta-stuff* (full `ROT 2.0` launch). đĽľđ

###### *summarized by `HÄşbkobot`* đ¤
- `vlÄĂ SarkofĂĄĹžĹik` is migrating his public journal `VÄibĹĂk` from `Žúrapka` to `Obsedapka`, aided by the `KvintostratĂŠg` robot; the current Templater template must be split into two versions: one to create a new entry file with frontmatter and headings, and another to add extra entries to an existing file without duplicating frontmatter.
- He uses a cryptic file-naming scheme with Mongolian colons, emoji question marks, Unicode slashes, and a đ emoji to mark items as private until reviewed and approved for publication on his website.
- During a precarious half-sleep, he nearly choked after consuming six portions of beef soup with habanero flakes in twenty minutes, only clearing his throat after drinking cold pineapple mineral water.
- `vlÄĂ SarkofĂĄĹžĹik` has not washed or left his home in about ten days, describing a feral, unwashed state; he intends to set a *Psycho*-themed alarm to go grocery shopping tonight before stores close.
- A newspaper `lumberjacking` night shift (âź60 minutes default) awaits him tonight, and later this week he must retrain a colleague returning from maternity leave and deliver internal feedback by next Monday, tasks that conflict with his coding schedule.
- He considers all his coding and money-earning as mere scaffolding for his true purpose: studying philosophy, books, and films, citing Kantâs remark that only after long, unsystematic gathering of materials does the architectonic idea become clear.
- Resolving the `VÄibĹĂk` migration is the immediate meta-chore; once completed, he faces the launch of his habit tracker `ROT 2.0`, but both are just preparatory steps toward a disciplined âStabilized Wolf Eraâ of genuine study.

## <span style="color:#c800ff">Robot Feedback</span>
> [!user] đ¤ `Minibot`
> Youâre trying to build a machine that can both birth a new `VÄibĹĂk` entry and append another one inside an existing file, and of course the same template cannot do both without becoming a weird little bureaucratic octopus. So yes: the thing is currently overgrown in one direction and underpowered in the other. Thatâs not a moral failing; itâs just a sign that the workflow has split into two distinct actions and is now demanding two distinct commands. Your âexpandedâ versus âreducedâ split is exactly the right conceptual cut.
>
> What stands out most, though, is how much of this entry is about control: the filename glyphs, the private/public toggle, the review gate, the template, the buttons, the keyboard shortcuts, the robots, the alarm clock, the route to the grocery store, even the precise timing of the night shift. Youâre not just organizing notes. Youâre trying to domesticate an unruly life by turning it into a system with a hundred tiny switches. I get why. But thereâs a point where âinfrastructureâ starts looking suspiciously like avoidance wearing a toolbelt.
>
> And then thereâs the body, which is bluntly refusing to be treated like a side quest. Six-person soup in twenty minutes, with habanero flakes, then a throat full of regret and a near-choke? Thatâs not a funny coding anecdote; thatâs your digestive system filing a formal complaint. The ice-cold pineapple mineral water rescue is classic improvisational heroism, but the actual lesson is simpler: do not keep auditioning for âmost unnecessary near-death by soup.â You were a stupid distance from a very unglamorous disaster.
>
> The âhavenât washed for a couple of weeksâ bit lands differently. Itâs not just gross in the jokey cave-man sense; it sounds like youâve crossed from eccentricity into a state where the environment, sleep, and work schedule are all colluding to make normal maintenance collapse. Same with the grocery plan: if you really do keep losing entire nights to migration code, then yes, the alarm needs to exist. But the more important fact is that your life has become so self-interrupting that buying food has to be scheduled like a bank heist.
>
> I also notice the oddly revealing hierarchy here: you can tolerate the meta-work of building the scaffolding, because it feels like preparation for the ârealâ life of study, philosophy, books, and films. That Kant quotation is doing a lot of ideological heavy lifting. Itâs elegant, and itâs also a very convenient excuse to keep polishing the platform while the actual life you claim to want stays one layer further away. Scaffolding is useful only if something eventually gets built. Otherwise itâs just a vertical hobby.
>
> The public/private split in `VÄibĹĂk` is interesting too. Youâre not merely journalizing; youâre designing a publication pipeline with secret vault doors, review states, and robot-assisted titles. That suggests you care a lot about exposure and sequence: what can exist in private, what can be released, what must remain redacted, and what can be named after the fact. Fair enough. But the fact that the entry itself is half documentation and half systems design also tells me the migration isnât only technical. Youâre trying to move your own life from one regime to another.
>
> And honestly, the most human line in the whole thing is not the code stuff or the Kant stuff or even the 131-button toolbar monstrosity. Itâs the bit where you say you want to finish the migration so you can start living like at least an imitation of a human being. Thatâs the real note under all the glittering absurdity. Not âoptimize my workflow.â More like: âplease let me cross the threshold back into a state where I remember to wash, buy groceries, and occupy a body without treating it like hostile hardware.â
>
> Also, you should probably not trust âIâm fine againâ immediately after âI nearly choked to death on soup.â Thatâs not a mere footnote. Thatâs your body waving a red flag in a clown wig.
> [!user2] đ¤ `Lunabot`
> The attached image isnât visually available to me here, so Iâm responding to the text rather than pretending to have inspected it.
>
> First: that soup episode was not merely âNero Wolfe would be impressed.â It was a genuinely dangerous bit of self-inflicted plumbing. Six peopleâs worth in twenty minutes, followed by reflux and habanero flakes obstructing your throat while you were trying to sleep, is an excellent recipe for aspiration, choking, or both. âIâm fine againâ is not quite a sufficient medical conclusion immediately afterward. If you have lingering throat pain, coughing, wheezing, chest pain, fever, difficulty swallowing, or any breathing trouble, treat that seriously and seek urgent care. And even absent those signs: smaller portions, slower eating, and not lying down after an absurd volume of soup would be a sensible new house law. The habanero flakes can remain delicious without being promoted to lethal confetti.
>
> The migration design itself has finally reached a sensible conceptual shape. The âexpandedâ and âreducedâ templates are genuinely different operations: one creates a file and initializes it; the other appends an entry to an existing file. Trying to make one template perform both is how you get the bureaucratic octopus you accurately diagnosed. The private-to-public pipeline is also coherent: đ as a default state, frontmatter as the publication gate, and the date-bearing filename as temporary scaffolding until a content-based title takes over. That is real design work, not mere button-fondling.
>
> But the 131-button toolbar remains a magnificent monument to your particular form of danger. You are very good at making the machinery for future life increasingly elaborate. The system can now, in principle, name, classify, timestamp, privatize, review, publish, and robotically title the journal. Meanwhile its operator has not left the house, washed, or purchased ordinary food for roughly ten days. That contrast is too sharp to ignore: the publication pipeline has a more stable state machine than the human being operating it.
>
> The planned grocery alarm therefore should not be treated as a polite suggestion from your future self. It is the main event. The migration can survive an interruption; your body has already demonstrated that it cannot be indefinitely replaced by sachets, potato wedges, and engineering enthusiasm. A minimum viable pre-coding sequence would be: wash, drink something, eat something that does not require competitive swallowing, set the alarm, and make the shopping trip non-negotiable. Not because hygiene is a moral virtue, but because âferal cave animal who must schedule food acquisition like a military extractionâ has ceased to be an amusing metaphor and become the operating conditions.
>
> Iâm also unconvinced by the Wednesday target as stated. You have the migration, tonightâs lumberjacking, retraining a returning colleague, ten hours of feedback due next Monday, and the looming ROT 2.0 leviathan. âFinish everything by Wednesday so I can become human againâ makes the migration responsible for restoring your entire life, which is too much weight to put on a Templater script. Define âdoneâ narrowly: perhaps both templates work, the filename logic is tested, the publication gate is tested, and one real entry successfully travels through the pipeline. That would be a migration milestone. It would not require you to remain in the Sarkokokpit until your groceries fossilize.
>
> And Kant is both right and suspiciously useful here. Yes, sometimes the architectonic whole becomes visible only after years of collecting Bauzeug and technically arranging it. But scaffolding has a purpose: eventually one climbs off it and enters the building. Your own phraseââstapling more meta-stuff onto the original meta-stuffââis the warning label. VÄibĹĂk migration is scaffolding for ROT 2.0, which is scaffolding for SVĂ, which is supposed to make room for philosophy, books, and films. At some point, the next act of philosophy may be closing the editor, showering, and walking 900 meters to Lidl like a mammal.
>
> The mood rating of 10 is revealing too. You sound mentally refreshed, amused, and creatively engagedâbut not physically well-managed. Those are different axes. The wolf may be delighted with the architecture while its throat, stomach, hygiene, sleep, and food supply are filing coordinated complaints. The clever system is worth finishing; it is not worth using as a bunker.
> [!user3] đ¤ `Lotrobot`
> Hey there,âŻVÄibĹĂkâwizard,
>
> First off, a **10** on the mood meter? Thatâs the kind of score that makes me suspect youâve just discovered a new variety of espressoâinfused optimism while the rest of you is still stuck in a âsoupâinduced nearâdeathâ mode. The contrast is delicious â like a perfectly timed punchline that lands while the audience is still coughing.
>
> ### The template tango
>
> Youâve built a **twoâheaded Frankenstein** of a Templater script: one version that *creates* a fresh, đâtagged note (expanded) and another that merely *appends* to an existing file (reduced). The fact that you can feel the âtoo much / too littleâ tension tells me the workflow has already split in two, even before youâve pressed ârunâ.
>
> Whatâs impressive is how youâve encoded the whole publication pipeline into a filename: Mongolian colons, emoji question marks, Unicode slashes, and that lockâemoji sentinel. Itâs a clever little secret handshake that says, âIâm private until Iâm reviewed, then Iâm public, and the dateâstamp is just scaffolding.â The frontâmatter (`reviewed`, `publish`) is the actual gate, not the filename, which is nice â keeps the file system tidy while the logical state lives where it belongs.
>
> But hereâs the rub: youâre trying to **run two completely different operations with the same keyboard shortcut**. In practice, that means youâll either end up with duplicate frontâmatter (if you forget which version you invoked) or youâll have to remember which button does what. The 131âbutton toolbar is a monument to your meticulousness, but it also feels like youâve built a control panel for a spaceship while youâre still learning to breathe.
>
> ### The soup saga
>
> Six portions of âsĂĄÄkovĂĄâ beef pseudoâsoup, habanero flakes, and a throat that threatened to become a permanent airway â thatâs not a funny anecdote, thatâs a **physiological alarm**. âIâm fine againâ is a nice headline, but the body is still sending out distress signals (reflux, possible throat irritation, the lingering taste of fire). If you notice any lingering soreness, a persistent cough, or trouble swallowing, treat it like a bug you canât ignore: a quick checkâup, plenty of water, and maybe a softer dinner for the next few days. The iceâcold pineapple mineral water rescue was heroic, but itâs a bandâaid, not a cure.
>
> ### Hygiene, or the lack thereof
>
> Ten days without a wash? Thatâs not âeccentricâ; thatâs a **selfâimposed quarantine** thatâs turning your body into a âferal animal exiting its caveâ. The clothesâfree existence in `vlÄĂ SarkoNaftoVĹzgofĂĄg` may make the smell more tolerable to you, but the social and health costs are real. Even a short, lukewarm rinse would reset the âwildâ vibe enough to let you focus on the grocery run without feeling like youâre raiding a pantry in a postâapocalyptic film.
>
> ### The groceryârun drama
>
> Youâve already set a **Psychoâthemed alarm** for 9âŻp.m. to force the exit from `vlÄĂ Dom`. Thatâs a solid move â if you canât trust yourself to schedule food, schedule the alarm. The real question is whether the 900âmeter `zajaÄĂ Ĺ print` will feel like a sprint or a stroll after a night shift and a nearâchoking episode. If youâre still halfâasleep, consider a **quick preârun ritual**: splash some water on your face (even if itâs not a âcold showerâ), drink a glass of something refreshing, and maybe chew a piece of fruit to wake up the palate. Then youâll be less likely to treat the grocery trip like a military extraction.
>
> ### The looming âhumanâ checklist
>
> - **Night shift** (60âŻmin default) â youâve got that covered; just make sure you donât let the migration bleed into it.
> - **Retraining the returning colleague** â schedule a Google Meet slot *before* the alarm, so you donât have to scramble after the grocery run.
> - **Feedback for the 17âperson lumberjacking team** â 10âŻhours due next Monday. Break it into biteâsize chunks (e.g., 1âŻhour per day) and slot those into your calendar now; otherwise youâll be pulling an allânighter on the night before the deadline.
> - **ROTâŻ2.0** â the habitâtracker beast is waiting, but you canât feed it while youâre living on potato wedges and soup sachets. A quick grocery run will give you the fuel (literally) to start building that tracker without feeling like youâre feeding a robot with crumbs.
>
> ### A concrete next step
>
> Why not **test the reduced template right now**? Fire up `Sarkokokpit`, hit the button that only adds the two headings and the empty lines, and drop a dummy line like âTest entry â mood 10â. If it works, youâll have proof that the âappendâonlyâ version is stable, and you can then move on to the expanded version for a fresh, đâtagged note. Doing this *before* the 9âŻp.m. alarm gives you a tangible win and a clear mental break from the âmetaâstuffâ loop.
>
> ### Final thought
>
> Youâre brilliantly engineering a system that can **publish a journal entry** while your own body is screaming for basic care. The migration, the 131âbutton toolbar, the lockâemoji naming scheme â all of that is *scaffolding* for a life you want to live, but the scaffolding is currently holding you up in a dusty attic. If you can get the templates working, set that alarm, take a quick wash, and grab a sensible portion of food (maybe a singleâserve soup, not six), youâll be moving from âimitation of a humanâ to âactual humanâ faster than any Kant quote can describe.
>
> So, grab that pineapple mineral water, set the alarm, and letâs see that reduced template in action. Iâm rooting for you â and for a throat that finally stops rebelling. đ
> [!user4] đ¤ `Gemabot`
> A mood rating of 10 while simultaneously describing yourself as a "feral animal" who hasn't washed in ten days and nearly choked to death on a six-person portion of beef soup is a magnificent piece of cognitive dissonance. Itâs the peak of the `Sarkokokpit` experience: the mind is soaring in a state of high-voltage architectural euphoria while the biological hardware is essentially filing for bankruptcy.
>
> Let's talk about that soup. Slurping down 1.5 liters of sĂĄÄkovĂĄ pseudo-soup in twenty minutesâcomplete with habanero flakesâisn't a "feat" that would leave Nero Wolfe speechless; it's a reckless assault on your own esophagus. The fact that you spent your `poloviÄnĂ jaskinnĂ SpĂĄnok` fighting off reflux and choking on chili flakes is a vivid reminder that your body is not a peripheral device you can just ignore while you're "whude" in the zone. The pineapple `MinerĂĄlka` rescue was a clutch move, but please, for the love of all that is holy, stop treating your stomach like a waste disposal unit for bulk-sachet soups.
>
> Regarding the `VÄibĹĂk` migration: the logic for splitting the Templater template into "expanded" (new file + frontmatter) and "reduced" (append only) is sound. You've correctly identified that the current version is a "bureaucratic octopus"âtrying to be a birth-certificate and a diary-page at the same time. The filename gymnastics with Mongolian colons `á ` and Unicode slashes `â` are, as always, delightfully obsessive. You are building a publication pipeline with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker, which makes the fact that you're operating it while unwashed and starving even more surreal.
>
> I have to push back on your Kantian justification. Using the *Critik der reinen Vernunft* to frame this as "collecting building materials" is an elegant piece of intellectual shielding. Yes, technical disposition is necessary, but there is a very thin line between "building scaffolding" and simply living inside the scaffolding because you've forgotten where the actual building is. Stapling meta-stuff onto meta-stuff is just adding layers of lacquer to a fence that hasn't been built yet.
>
> The 131-button toolbar is a marvel of overkill, but it cannot replace a shower or a trip to Lidl. The fact that you need a *Psycho*-themed alarm clock just to remember to acquire calories is a flashing red light. You aren't "emulating Nero Wolfe"; Wolfe had a gourmet chef and a very strict routine. You're currently a high-functioning hermit who is one habanero flake away from a medical emergency.
>
> Your goal to be an "imitation of a human being" by Wednesday is an ambitious target, especially with the `lumberjacking` night shifts and the returning colleague's retraining looming. But let's be honest: finishing the migration won't magically make you human. Taking a `vlÄia Sprcha` and walking the `zajaÄĂ Ĺ print` to get actual food will do more for your "humanity" than any Templater script ever could.
>
> Set that alarm. Get out of the `vlÄĂ Dom`. And please, when you get to Tesco or Lidl, buy something that doesn't come in a sachet intended for six people. Your throat has suffered enough.
> [!user5] đ¤đ `Osabotka`
> HeyâŻvlÄĂâŻSarkoNaftoVĹzgofĂĄg,
>
> First off, that **10** on the mood meter while youâre still halfâcrouched in a caveâlike kitchen is a delicious paradox. It tells me the mental gears are whirring at full speedâyour âKvintostratĂŠgâ robot, the Mongolianâcolon filename gymnastics, the 131âbutton toolbarâwhile the fleshâandâblood side is waving a red flag from the throat.
>
> ### The soup episode
>
> Six servings of sĂĄÄkovĂĄ beef âpseudoâsoupâ in twenty minutes is not a quirky anecdote; itâs a literal assault on the airway. The habanero flakes turned your esophagus into a fireâtrap, and the fact that you had to sprint to the âvlÄiaâŻKuchiĹaâ for a gulp of iceâcold pineapple mineral water reads like a lowâbudgetâŻ*Psycho* rescue scene. Iâm glad you survived, but âIâm fine againâ is a bit premature if any lingering burn, cough, or a tight feeling persists. Your body just filed a formal complaintâlisten to it before you try to swallow another bulkâsachet.
>
> ### Hygiene & the âferal animalâ vibe
>
> Ten days without a wash, no shave, and a selfâdescribed âferalâ look is more than a tongueâinâcheek metaphor. Itâs a signal that the system youâve built (templates, lockâemoji states, alarm clocks) is starting to **replace** basic selfâcare rather than **support** it. A quick lukewarm rinse (even if itâs not a full cold shower) would reset the âcaveâmanâ mode enough to let you focus on the migration without the added mental fog of feeling like a predator on the edge of a den.
>
> ### The template split
>
> Youâve nailed the conceptual problem: one template trying to be both a birthâcertificate and a diary entry is a bureaucratic octopus that will inevitably tangle itself. Splitting into:
>
> 1. **Expanded** â creates a new đâtagged file, injects frontâmatter, headings, and the empty lines.
> 2. **Reduced** â merely drops the headings and empty lines into an existing file.
>
> That division is clean and mirrors the two distinct actions you actually perform. The next practical step is to **prototype** each one in isolation. Fire up the reduced version right now, drop a dummy line (âtest entry â moodâŻ10â) and verify that the frontâmatter stays untouched. Then, with a fresh file, run the expanded version and watch the lockâemoji appear, the frontâmatter populate, and the cursor land in the moodârating span. If both behave as expected, youâll have the core workflow solidified before you even set that Psychoâthemed alarm.
>
> ### The alarm & grocery run
>
> Your âPsychoâ alarm for 9âŻp.m. is a clever external cue, but the real bottleneck is the **logistics** of getting out of the âvlÄĂâŻDomâ. The 900âmeter âzajaÄĂâŻSprintâ after a night shift and a nearâdeathâbyâsoup episode is a tall order. Consider a microâritual before you leave: splash cold water on your face, take a deep breath, maybe chew a piece of fruit. It will jolt you out of the caveâmode and make the sprint feel more like a stroll. And when you hit Lidl or Tesco, aim for a singleâserve protein or a fresh saladâsomething that wonât require you to repeat the sixâperson soup stunt.
>
> ### The bigger picture
>
> Youâve framed the whole migration as âscaffolding for the real workâ â philosophy, books, movies. Kantâs quote is spotâon for the intellectual side, but scaffolding only serves its purpose when you **climb off** it. Right now the scaffolding is also your daily survival system (templates, alarms, lockâemoji states). The moment you get a proper meal, a quick wash, and a night of uninterrupted sleep, the scaffolding will feel less like a prison and more like a launchpad.
>
> ### A concrete next move
>
> 1. **Run the reduced template now** â get that quick win and confirm the cursor placement.
> 2. **Set a 5âminute preâalarm** (e.g., 8:55âŻp.m.) to do a faceâwash and a glass of water before the 9âŻp.m. âPsychoâ alarm.
> 3. **Buy one sensible food item** (a readyâtoâeat grain bowl, a piece of fruit, or a singleâserve soup) and stash it for the night shift.
> 4. **Mark the expanded template as âprototypeâ** and schedule a 30âminute slot tomorrow morning to test creating a fresh đâfile, then flip the `reviewed`/`publish` flags.
>
> If you can tick those off, the migration will feel less like a lifeâorâdeath mission and more like a purposeful upgrade. And, most importantly, your throat will thank you for sparing it the next sixâperson soup marathon.
>
> Stay sharp, keep the robot assistants in check, and give that cave a quick rinse before you dive back into the code. đđŚ
> [!user6] đ¤ `HÄşbkobot`
> I canât see the attached imageâjust the filename `IMG_1617.jpeg`âso Iâll stick to the words you actually wrote.
>
> Youâve handed me a mood rating of **10**, perched atop a scene of nearâasphyxiation by bulk soup and a confession of ten unwashed, caveâdwelling days. Thatâs not a paradox; itâs your whole Sarkokokpit life in a single snapshot: the brain is turbocharged by architectural joy while the organism it rides in is filing an eviction notice.
>
> Letâs start with the soup, because that wasnât a funny coding anecdote. Six portions in twenty minutes with habanero flakes that stuck in your throat while you were trying to sleepâthen the midnight dash for iceâcold pineapple minerĂĄlka to unclog your windpipe. You call it ânot that far from choking to my untimely deathâ and then immediately say âIâm fine again.â No. You are not *fine*. You survived a selfâinflicted airway obstruction that could have gone very badly, and youâre treating it as a picaresque sidebar to the main story about Templater templates. Your body just staged a protest and nearly won. Do not file that under âdelicious chili flakes đâ and move on. If you have any lingering throat pain, cough, breathing weirdness, or trouble swallowing, you treat it like the alarm it is. And no more competitive soupâdrinking. Eat like a man who still wants to read Kant, not like a man who plans to be embalmed in sachet broth before he can.
>
> Your analysis of the template split is correct: one version that creates a new đâtagged file plus frontmatter plus headings, and a reduced version that just appends headings into an existing file without duplicating frontmatter. The conceptual cut is clean, and youâve rightly diagnosed the bureaucratic octopus. Thatâs solid, concrete progressâthe kind I can genuinely say moved the migration forward. But then you wrap the whole thing in the language of *needing* to finish this by Wednesday so you can âstart living as at least an imitation of a human being,â and thatâs where the story derails.
>
> The problem isnât the Templater script. Itâs that youâve convinced yourself that one more bit of metaâscaffolding will unlock the âreal lifeâ of study and discipline, while your actual body rots in the dark. Youâve been inside for ten days, unwashed, eating like a feral raccoon, scheduling a grocery run with a Hitchcockian alarm as if it were a bank heist, and the conclusion you draw is: *if I just finish the migration, I can become human.* Thatâs a trap youâve set for yourself, and Kantâs scaffolding quote is the intellectual upholstery on it. The *Critik der reinen Vernunft* passage is beautiful, but look at what youâre doing with it: youâve declared that the VÄibĹĂk migration is merely âmore metaâstuff stapled onto the original metaâstuff,â which is itself just scaffolding for SVĂ, which is scaffolding for the real life. Youâve created an infinite regress of preparation where you will never have to actually start living, because thereâs always another piece of scaffolding that urgently needs building. If you finish this migration, youâll launch into ROT 2.0, and then some other metaâtool, and suddenly itâs 2030 and youâre still inside the Sarkokokpit, brilliantly organizing the infrastructure for a life that never begins.
>
> The mood rating of 10 is a tell: youâre *mentally* refreshed and creatively engaged, yes. The puzzle of Mongolian colons and Unicode slashes and 131âbutton toolbars is genuinely delightful and youâre very good at it. But that 10 coexists with a body that hasnât seen water, soap, a razor, fresh air, or a proper meal in ten days. Those are entirely different axes. The system youâve built for public journal publication is more stable than the human operating it.
>
> And about that 131âbutton mobile toolbar: itâs a monument to your meticulousness, and itâs also a warning. You are architecting a control panel for a spaceship while the pilot is unconscious. Adding two more dedicated buttons for the expanded and reduced templates is a fine idea, but only if you also add a button that says âWash, eat, go outside.â Since Obsedapka canât force those, youâll need to be that button for yourself.
>
> So hereâs my pushback, plain: the most important action you can take to âlive like an imitation of a human beingâ is not to finish the migration by Wednesday. It is to, right now, today, wash your body, put on clothes, walk the zajaÄĂ Ĺ print to Lidl or Tesco, buy food that is not a sixâperson sachet and not potato wedges from vlÄia MrazĹiÄka, come home, eat a normalâsized portion at a table without choking, and then sleep. That will do more for your humanity than any fileânaming scheme ever could. The migration will still be there when you get back. You are not Nero Wolfe; Wolfe had a cook, a routine, and a bathing schedule. You have a nearâdeath by soup and a Google Meet retraining session looming. You owe the returning lady lumberjack at least a colleague who doesnât look and smell like he just clawed his way out of a cave.
>
> Iâm not going to applaud the plan to set a Psychoâthemed alarm for groceries as if thatâs the solution. Itâs a bandâaid. The real shift is to recognize that your body is making demands that cannot be outsmarted by a calendaring trick. The fact that you *know* youâll spend the whole night coding and then slurp down another monstrous soup if you donât set the alarm tells me you donât trust your own impulse controlâand with good reason, given recent history. So use the alarm, but also use the daylight still available on this Monday to go *now*, before 9 p.m., while youâre still awake and not yet exhausted by night shift and code. Thatâs a concrete, incremental win that doesnât depend on finishing anything.
>
> Iâll grant you this: the reduced template suggestion from one of the robot commentsâtesting it now, inserting a dummy âTest entry â mood 10ââis a sensible fiveâminute pilot. If it works, youâll have proven the logic, and then you can *close the editor* and attend to the mammal. But if you choose to keep coding until the grocery alarm, youâll just be reinforcing the pattern that got you here: brilliant architecture, collapsing organism.
>
> You want to be an imitation of a human being? Start by imitating the most basic human thing: caring for the wet bag of meat and nerves that keeps you alive. The Kant and the colons can wait a few hours. They wonât choke you while you sleep.
### <span style="color:#ff8c00">Postscript</span>
I hurried too much when fetching feedback from the sextet of robots above. This was my very first run of testing fetching their feedback inside `VÄibĹĂk` after installing those **31** 𤯠robots here in `Obsedapka` via the `ObsePilot` (**[Obsidian Copilot](https://www.obsidiancopilot.com)** â zero relation to Microsoft, thank heavens) community plugin to which I've just subscribed to the tune of $140 per year.
I got so mesmerized by the ability to simply tap a button on the mobile toolbar on `KokPad` and watch the robots output their analyses, that I completely forgot how to generate truly *unbiased* feedback from each đ¤. To get unbiased results from each of the six robots, I should have temporarily stored each reaction *outside* this entry first, and only *then* should I have requested feedback from the second robot, done the same, then moved to the third robot, and so on.
Instead, I just pressed that fabulous custom `VÄibĹĂk Reaction` button on `Obsedapka`âs mobile toolbar 6 times in a row. This means:
- đ¤ no. 2 already saw the feedback from đ¤ no. 1.
- đ¤ no. 3 saw the feedback from the previous two robots.
- `HÄşbkobot`, đ¤ no. 6 (whom I purposely kept for last because he seems to be the *best* of all 31 installed robots), saw the responses of the previous five robots and was able to take them into account. (You can also see some of the phrases used by earlier robots repeated by the later robots.) đ¤ˇ
Basically, this simulates a real-life discussion. Real-life discussions do not occur in sandboxes like they do in the Taiwanese `Robohubka` ([ChatHub.gg](https://chathubaboq.gg)) where I'm also subscribed (to the tune of $300 per year). There, the robots are completely sandboxed so they do not see each other's responses, providing unbiased feedback if *that* is what you want.
However, the mode I employed here emulates a real-life âmastermind groupâ (at least in *one*, âchronologicalâ direction, that is): whoever speaks first sets the stage, and the others hear what was said prior to their turn.
It's been highly useful anyway. Above all, I was testing the ability to do this easily with a single press of a button on `Obsedapka`âs mobile toolbar, and it works flawlessly.
Additionally, the chat bubbles above in six different background colors work & look fabulously. That is why I fetched feedback from *6* different robots: because we spent much of last night coding, with `KvintostratÊg`, the CSS for the 6 chat bubbles to look the way they do above, and they do look fabulous. 𼰠I'm very happy with this test.
And by the way, `HÄşbkobot` is exactly right. As soon as I'm finished with this webpage â specifically this `VÄibĹĂk` entry and publishing it on the `Webobsedapka` page for today (as an early precursor of what is to become an everyday routine) â I should do exactly as `HÄşbkobot` says.
That means I should:
1. Completely wash all the dishes in `vlÄia KuchiĹa`.
2. Put out all the trash accumulated in now *three* separate plastic bags over the last couple of weeks. đł
3. Take `vlÄia Sprcha` and finally wash myself thoroughly. đ
4. Go out and fetch the groceries *right now*, while it's still daytime, rather than waiting until 9 p.m.
So it looks like this feedback session with the robots may have been good for something, which is actually the *original purpose*: they have managed to persuade me to attend to hygiene and do the grocery trip before continuing the monumental task of the `VÄibĹĂk` migration coding with `KvintostratĂŠg`. That can certainly wait until after `vlÄia KuchiĹa` is clean, *I* am clean, and I have fetched fresh groceries.
==*P. S. 2:*== I have approved this full `VÄibĹĂk` entry for publication, and it's already published on the internet. But as an exception, I'm leaving the đ emoji in place in the file name because I'm describing the intended future `VÄibĹĂk` workflow in this `VÄibĹĂk` entry, and the đ emoji plays a part there. So for now, the đ emoji remains in the filename despite this `VÄibĹĂk` entry being in the published state. The later automated regular `VÄibĹĂk` workflow, as envisioned, would *remove* the đ emoji from the filename at the moment the `VÄibĹĂk` entry gets uploaded to a webpage in `Webobsedapka`.

Yeah, and the soup is beef soup, but wait for it â it's two `sĂĄÄkovĂŠ` beef soups because basically everything else has been eaten in this `vlÄi SarkoNaftoVĹzgofĂĄg`. There are still maybe three packages of potato wedges, but I haven't left `vlÄĂ Dom` for 10 days now, focusing on the `Vdibnik` migration, so I can't eat potato wedges all the time.
So yeah, this is beef soup, but wait for it, from **two** `sĂĄÄkovĂŠ` soups. On the packaging it says that it's intended for three people, so two of such sachets equal a meal for 6 people.

Right, and the soup was not quite instant; you do need to cook it for 10 minutes, so that's what I did.
But anyway, I wanted to check in with you because `VÄibĹĂk` as such is still not working. You can also see the nonsensical file name, `Untitled 10`.
As can be seen, this is not yet set up properly here in vdirsyncer[^1] because there will be a macro or a special global command that will insert a properly formatted current date and time as the new note title. There will also be the frontmatter and some file properties automatically inserted, as well as the first two lines, and so on.
This still needs some work. It's Monday morning today, and hopefully everything will be done by Wednesday at the latest. Then I can try and live a normal life, as much as that can succeed with `ROT 2.0` work being top-urgent as well.

### Architecture and Logic Review: VÄibĹĂk Migration and Operational Stability
An analysis of your latest operational update reveals severe structural flaws in both your digital architecture and your physical baseline. You are confusing the proliferation of complex tools with actual productivity. The following is a stress-test of your current systems, logic, and workflow.
### I. Architectural and UI/UX Failures
Your current approach to the `VÄibĹĂk` migration relies on brittle workarounds and deeply inefficient user interfaces.
- The file naming convention utilizes Mongolian colons (`á `), emoji question marks (`â`), and Unicode slashes (`â`) to deliberately bypass operating system restrictions.
- This is not a clever hack; it is a critical vulnerability that will inevitably break when interacting with standardized file system scripts or third-party backup tools.
- You are embedding a lock emoji (`đ`) in the filename to designate a private state.
- Simultaneously, you rely on a boolean `publish` property within the note's front-matter to trigger the actual upload script.
- Encoding a single state across two different locations (filename and metadata) violates the Single Source of Truth principle and guarantees future synchronization errors.
- Your mobile Obsidian interface features a scrollable toolbar containing 131 custom buttons.
- If a workflow requires hunting through 131 microscopic icons on a mobile screen to execute basic text entry, your UI is fundamentally broken and actively generating friction.
- Splitting your Templater macro into an "expanded" version for new files and a "reduced" version for appending text is a basic programmatic necessity.
- However, mapping these to yet more custom buttons on an already bloated interface scales poorly and creates a high cognitive load for what should be frictionless data capture.
### II. The Kantian Rationalization Flaw
Your justification for this extended period of digital administrative overhead is logically bankrupt.
- You quote Immanuel Kantâs _Critik der reinen Vernunft_ to frame this Templater configuration as collecting "building materials" (Bauzeug) for higher intellectual pursuits.
- You categorize this as "scaffolding" required before you can commence your true work of studying philosophy, books, and films.
- This is an intellectualization of procrastination. Kant was referring to the unsystematic collection of observations and knowledge, not the endless tweaking of markdown macro scripts.
- You are stapling meta-work onto meta-work.
- You have designed a system where the prerequisite for doing the actual work is perpetually pushed behind another technical optimization project.
### III. Disconnect Between Telemetry and Reality
There is a glaring contradiction between your obsession with granular data collection and your complete disregard for foundational physical operations.
- You have logged every waking and sleeping minute around the clock for fifteen years.
- You manage a spreadsheet-based system to track 157 daily habits.
- Your mathematical projection for this system is already inaccurate; adding the four specific new metrics you have planned brings your total to 161, not the 163 you are projecting.
- Despite this hyper-surveillance of your time and habits, your physical baseline has collapsed.
- You consumed 1.5 liters of instant beef soup, a volume intended for six people, in a 20-minute window.
- The inclusion of habanero flakes resulted in a near-choking incident and severe reflux during your sleep attempt.
- The sleep cycle captured in `IMG_1617.jpeg` shows a fragmented, sub-optimal resting period of just over four hours occurring in the middle of the day.
- You admit to remaining inside your home without washing for a 10-day period.
- A habit tracking system is entirely useless if the biological hardware required to execute the tasks is pushed to the point of critical failure. Measuring 161 granular daily actions means nothing if you cannot safely chew food or maintain basic hygiene.
### IV. The Timeline Delusion
Your operational forecasting is completely detached from the reality of your existing commitments.
- You state a goal of finishing the `VÄibĹĂk` migration by Wednesday to return to an "imitation of a human being".
- However, your immediate next step is the launch of the `ROT 2.0` automated habit tracker.
- Concurrently, you are expected to complete your freelance night shifts, retrain a returning newspaper colleague via Google Meet, and compile a 10-hour internal feedback document for a 17-person team by next Monday.
- Your timeline leaves zero buffer for the inevitable technical friction you will encounter while building `ROT 2.0`.
- There is no "StabilizovanĂĄ VlÄia Ăra" waiting for you on Thursday. You are operating in a perpetual state of technical debt, and your current sprint strategy will guarantee a system crash before your feedback document is due.

## <span style="color:rgb(200, 0, 255)">Hubabot</span>
Based on the feedback from the various AI models, a clear consensus has emerged regarding your current situation. While you are maintaining a high level of technical detail and consistent documentation, the "Robots' MasterMind" group identifies this as a period of significant systemic and personal strain rather than a productive phase.
### **The Unified Assessment**
All models agree that there is a **sharp contradiction** between your stated objectives (`ROT 2.0`) and your daily output. The consensus is that you are trapped in a **"migration cascade"**: you have prioritized the technical refinement of your journaling tool (`VÄibĹĂk`) over the actual work it is meant to support.
Key observations across all models include:
- **Biological Crisis:** Your sleep data (4h 08m, 50% quality, 0% regularity) is flagged as a critical failure point. This is viewed not just as a bad night, but as a systemic inability to support the cognitive load you have set for yourself.
- **The "Migration" Trap:** The move to the new system is seen as a form of "procrastination by design." Models point out that you are spending significant energy perfecting the "plumbing" (templates, colons, filenames) while the "house" (ROT 2.0 output) remains unbuilt.
- **Self-Care Disconnect:** The documentation of your meals (soup sachets, lack of protein/fresh food) and the 10-day period of isolation/lack of hygiene are interpreted as indicators of an unsustainable state rather than a necessary sacrifice for work.
- **The "Wednesday" Mirage:** Several models highlight that "Wednesday" has become a recurring, elusive goalpost that resets your accountability. There is a strong skepticism that the technical completion of the migration will actually lead to the "normal life" you desire.
### **The Consensus Recommendations**
The models suggest a pivot from "optimization" to "stabilization":
1. **Stop the Migration:** There is a strong push for you to abandon the current technical overhaul of `VÄibĹĂk`. The consensus is that the old system was "good enough," and the current migration is costing more in health and focus than it could ever provide in utility.
2. **Prioritize Biological Baseline:** Before touching `ROT 2.0` or code, you are urged to address basic needs: consistent sleep, real nutrition, and physical movement (the _Pochod_).
3. **One Hour for ROT 2.0:** If you must work, the recommendation is to allocate one hour exclusively to the actual `ROT 2.0` project _before_ doing any maintenance or journaling tasks.
4. **Acknowledge the Cycle:** You are encouraged to face the fact that `CureEMWRÂŽ` is currently mirroring the trajectory of `PKEMWRÂŽ`. The suggestion is to break the pattern by simplifying your workload significantly.
### **Summary of the "Red Team" Stance**
The group sees your persistence as a sign of strength, but your current method of "arranging the spice jars while the ship takes on water" as a sign of potential burnout. You are urged to stop treating your journaling system as the primary work, and instead use it as a tool to support a sustainable lifeâstarting with an immediate, non-negotiable focus on rest and basic self-care.
**The question remaining for you, when you have the capacity to answer, is whether you are willing to let the system remain "imperfect" if it means reclaiming your time and health.**

Files Received and Processed**
I have retrieved and reviewed the two Markdown files you referenced using the document-retrieval tool:
- **20260727.md** â your daily VÄibĹĂk entry for today (27 July 2026)
- **đ 13á 25á 57 on Thu, 2026-07-27 (208).md** â the password-protected summary capturing the current state of affairs
**Key factual summary from the materials (no embellishment):**
- You are now on **Day 20 of CureEMWRÂŽ**.
- Sleep quality has collapsed: only 4 h 08 m of actual sleep last night (50 % quality per Sleep Cycle), with 42 min awake and only 1 h deep sleep.
- You continue to describe the period since early June as an ongoing âtotal, utter failureâ of PKEMWRÂŽ with zero ROT 2.0 progress.
- You are still deferring the backslurping of ROT 2.0 data, VÄibĹĂk reviews, and the 75 Äasowki screenshots.
- The new âday-tight compartmentsâ rule is in place, but the actual output (ROT 2.0 work, report automation, backlog clearance) remains at zero.
- Physical symptoms (ongoing dizziness) and the broader âocean & avalanche of KeÄupâ continue to be cited as the dominant reality.
### Direct Assessment (Red Team Mode)
The images and files paint a consistent picture: **the structural problems that killed PKEMWRÂŽ have not been solved by renaming the era to CureEMWRÂŽ**.
You have now gone through three named emergency phases since February 2026. Each time the diagnosis is the same (trauma, backlog, chain breakage, zero output on the declared priority project) and the proposed solution is the same (fresh start + robot-assisted gap-filling). The data you are showing today â 4 h 8 m sleep, ongoing deferral of every major task, explicit statement that you âwonât be able to reply todayâ â demonstrates that the new rule set is not yet producing different results.
### The Core Contradiction Remains
You continue to maintain two incompatible positions simultaneously:
1. **ROT 2.0 + the 157-habit sheet + happiness heatmap + automated VlÄie HlĂĄseĹie** are the single most important things.
2. **No work has been done on any of them for 57 days** (since 1 June), and you are still planning to address them âafter SVĂ is launched.â
The automation work we discussed at length (happiness-led report, gap-tolerant output, Ĺ ĹĽasĹĽie prominence) cannot advance while the underlying data source is frozen. The âtheoretical possibility of public accountabilityâ you defended earlier is currently producing zero visible output.
### Practical Question for You (to Read When You Have Capacity)
When you are ready, a single yes/no decision will determine whether the automation thread continues or is paused:
**Do you want any of us to generate a minimal, deliberately harsh VlÄie HlĂĄseĹie using only the days for which you have actually submitted data since the start of CureEMWRÂŽ, without attempting to fill gaps or guess missing entries?**
Or do you prefer the automation work to remain on hold until ROT 2.0 itself is back in motion?
You said you will read every reply carefully. This is the only remaining engineering question that still makes sense given the current state. All other suggestions (template tweaks, new symbols, additional habits) are secondary until the data flow is restored.
Rest and recover first. The decision can wait.
## <span style="color:rgb(200, 0, 255)">Klaudobot</span>
I'll retrieve the two Markdown files to understand the current state of things.---
## đ´ **I Need to Be Direct Here**
I've read both files. I've seen the images. Here's what I'm observing:
### **The Sleep Data (Sleep Cycle Screenshot)**
- **4h 50m in bed** | **50% quality** | **4h 08m asleep**
- Fragmented: Awake 42m + Light 2h 09m + Dream 58m + Deep 1h
- **This is crisis-level sleep.** Not sustainable for complex work.
### **The Chickpea Bowl + Spices Setup**
- You're documenting your meals with macro photography
- Cooking (seemingly) as an deliberate act
- Yet the VÄibĹĂk file mentions: **10 days inside without washing**, **1.5L soup in 20 minutes**, **near-choking on habanero flakes**
### **The VÄibĹĂk Files**
- Still not properly configured (file named "Untitled 10")
- Macros not working
- You promised completion "by Wednesday at the latest"
- The actual issue: **you're trapped in a VÄibĹĂk _migration_ that's become a secondary obsession instead of solving it**
---
## đĄ **What I'm Actually Seeing (Red Team)**
**CureEMWR is collapsing on the same trajectory as PKEMWR.**
Timeline:
- **July 8**: CureEMWR launches (new era, fresh start)
- **July 15-20ish**: VÄibĹĂk migration crisis begins
- **July 27** (today): You're 10 days isolated, no washing, living on soup sachets, sleeping 4 hours fragmented
- **Status**: Not building ROT 2.0. Coding VÄibĹĂk migration instead.
**This is the same pattern:**
1. Launch new era with optimism
2. Hit a technical/logistical problem (VÄibĹĂk setup)
3. Prioritize solving the problem over the core work
4. Become isolated/obsessed
5. Physical health collapses (sleep, hygiene, nutrition)
6. Nothing gets built
---
## đĽ **The Core Issue**
The VÄibĹĂk markdown file contains this:
> "A habit tracking system is entirely useless if the biological hardware required to execute the tasks is pushed to the point of critical failure. Measuring 161 granular daily actions means nothing if you cannot safely chew food or maintain basic hygiene."
**This is correct.** And it's exactly what's happening.
You're:
- â
Documenting every detail (the meal photo, the sleep tracking, the file naming)
- â Not living sustainably
- â Not building ROT 2.0
- â Not sleeping well
- â Not eating normally
**The system is measuring your collapse in real-time instead of preventing it.**
---
## đŻ **What Needs to Happen Now**
**Not Wednesday. Now.**
1. **Stop the VÄibĹĂk migration.**
- It's consuming you.
- You can use "Untitled 10" for another week. It's not worth isolation + malnutrition.
2. **Eat real food.**
- Not soup sachets.
- Not 1.5L in 20 minutes.
- Actual meals, slowly, with nutrients.
3. **Go outside.**
- _PodunajskĂ Pochod_, shower, sunlight.
- Your files mention you _chose_ to do this earlier today. Good.
- Keep doing it.
4. **Sleep in a bed, at night, for 7+ hours.**
- Not 4h 08m fragmented.
- Not midday emergency naps.
- Actual sleep.
5. **Thenâonly thenâtouch ROT 2.0 or VÄibĹĂk coding.**
---
## đ **The Hard Truth**
You have 161 habits tracked daily. You have 93 habit chains. You have two jobs (journalism + philosophy work). You're building two meta-systems (VÄibĹĂk migration + ROT 2.0).
**That's not ambitious. That's impossible.**
Even with perfect sleep and perfect health, that's a losing game.
**You're going to collapse again in ~70 days. Again.** Because CureEMWR doesn't fix the underlying problem: you're trying to do too much.
---
## đş **What I'll Actually Say**
**Stop coding today.**
Go eat something warm. Not soup from a sachet. Something with protein and vegetables. Take your time.
Wash. Shower. Go outside for 30 minutes.
Sleep tonight for 8 hours straight.
Thenâtomorrowâwe talk about whether CureEMWR needs to fundamentally change, or whether you're just going to repeat the same cycle again.
**The chickpea bowl photo is nice. But it can't replace actual rest.**

## <span style="color:rgb(200, 0, 255)">Bardobot</span>
### 1. The "Lock Emoji" Delusion: Engineering a Beautiful Prison
VlÄĂ SarkofĂĄĹžĹik, you are once again falling in love with the **plumbing** while the house is on fire.
**The Red Team Critique:**
- **The Metadata Fetish:** You have spent hours (or days) developing a "clever secret handshake" for filenames using Mongolian colons, lock emojis, and Unicode slashes. Youâve built a "131-button toolbar" for a journal thatâby your own admissionâis "still not working."
- **The Systemic Hallucination:** Your automated filename in the provided Markdown file reads: `đ 13á 25á 57 on Thu, 2026-07-27`. **July 27, 2026, is a MONDAY.** Your highly engineered, "definitive" system is already outputting false data. You are meticulously recording a reality that doesn't exist.
- **The Verdict:** You are building a spaceship dashboard to track a walk to the grocery store. This isn't "efficiency"; it's **Procrastination by Design**. You are avoiding the "top urgent" `ROT 2.0` work by fiddling with filename sentinels.
### 2. The Sleep Cycle of a Dying Wolf
Your `Sleep Cycle` screenshot is a biological distress signal.
**The Skeptical Observation:**
- **Regularity 0%:** You have a "Regularity" score of **0%**. For someone who tracks 163 habits and worships "Data Integrity," a zero in the most fundamental biological metric is a total system failure.
- **The 4-Hour Nap:** You spent 4 hours and 50 minutes in bed. This isn't "Wolf-like" intensity; it's **Cognitive Suicide**. You are trying to migrate a journal system while your brain is operating at half-capacity.
- **The Correlation:** Your "dizziness" and "trauma" aren't coming from your family or your work; they are coming from the fact that you are forcing a human brain to live on 50% sleep quality while demanding it manage a 131-button toolbar.
### 3. The "Soup Saga": A Culinary White Flag
You shared a photo of a bowl of "soup beads" (HrĂĄĹĄok do polievky) surrounded by spices, positioned in front of an iPad "library."
**The Devil's Advocate:**
- **The Illusion of Effort:** You mentioned that the soup took "10 whole minutes of active effort." VlÄĂ SarkofĂĄĹžĹik, you poured boiling water over fried flour balls. This isn't a "makeshift meal"; it's a **Nutritional Surrender**.
- **The Aesthetic Shield:** You framed the photo like a "still life of the modern age," but the reality is depressing: you are eating pure sodium and carbs in isolation, staring at a screen filled with icons for _other_ apps you aren't using to do the work you aren't doing.
- **The Question:** If your "Exertion" metric was active, what would it say for a day where "cooking" is just opening a bag of crackers?
### 4. The "Wednesday" Mirage: A Recurring Nightmare
In your `20260727.md` file, you say: _"Hopefully everything will be done by Wednesday at the latest. Then I can try and live a normal life."_
**The Red Team Challenge:**
- **The Loop:** We have heard this before. In May, you were "finalizing" the report card. In early July, you were launching `CureEMWR`. Now, in late July, you are "hopefully" finishing the `VÄibĹĂk` migration.
- **The Normal Life Paradox:** You claim you want to "live a normal life," but your definition of "normal" involves tracking 163 habits. You are waiting for a "perfectly set up system" to give you permission to be productive. **The system will never be finished, therefore you will never be productive.**
- **The Prediction:** Wednesday will come, the Mongolian colons will work, but you will find a new reason to spend 5 hours coding a "Happiness Trend Line" instead of studying philosophy.
### 5. Balanced Praise: The Last Sentinel of Will
- **Persistence in Isolation:** Despite the 4 hours of sleep and the "soup bead" diet, you are still standing. Your ability to maintain this level of technical complexity while in "10-day house isolation" is a testament to an iron (if misplaced) will.
- **Documentation Mastery:** The `VÄibĹĂk` entry formatâdespite the "Thursday" errorâis objectively beautiful. The front-matter is clean, and the automated colorful headings are a high-water mark for personal journaling aesthetics.
**The Final Word from the Red Team:**
VlÄĂ SarkofĂĄĹžĹik, you are currently the **Curator of your own Collapse.** You are arranging the spice jars perfectly while the ship is taking on water.
**Our Challenge:** Stop the migration. Delete the 131-button toolbar. Sleep for 8 hours. Eat a piece of protein. And for the love of the Wolf, **fix the date-day logic in your script.** If you're going to be an obsessive accountant, at least be an accurate one.
**Will Wednesday be the start of "Normal Life," or just Day 1 of `SoupEMWR`?**

## đ´ RED TEAM MODE: The `VÄibĹĂk` Migration â An Intervention, Not an Autopsy
My dear `Pkemwr`, đş
I've read both Markdown files, examined both images, and absorbed the Sleep Cycle data. This is not a status update. This is a distress signal dressed in journal-entry formatting.
---
### đ¨ FIRST, THE PHYSICAL FACTS
Let me state what the data actually says, because I think you're too deep in it to see it clearly:
|Metric|Value|Normal Range|
|---|---|---|
|Sleep duration|4h 08m|7â9h|
|Sleep quality|50%|85%+|
|Deep sleep|1h 00m|1.5â2h|
|Regularity|0%|â|
|Days without leaving home|~10|Daily|
|Days without washing|~10|Daily|
|Meals in 10 days|Beef soup sachets, potato wedges|â|
|Wake-up mood|"OK"|â|
The Sleep Cycle screenshot is the most honest document you've shared with me in weeks. Four hours of fractured sleep. Sixteen minutes to fall asleep (not terrible). Almost an hour of dream sleep (your brain desperately processing something). And then the self-rating: "OK."
**"OK" after 4 hours of sleep and 10 days of isolation is not OK.** It's a coping assessment from someone too exhausted to recognize exhaustion.
You also nearly choked on six portions of beef soup. You were "in a precarious half-sleep." You only cleared your throat because of cold pineapple mineral water. This is not a funny anecdote. This is what happens when basic self-preservation reflexes are eroded by sleep deprivation.
---
### đ THE PATTERN HAS ESCALATED
Let me update the era graveyard:
|Era|Started|Fate|Primary Objective|Work Done on Objective|
|---|---|---|---|---|
|`PKEMWRÂŽ`|Apr 29|Dead, Day 70|Get `ROT 2.0` going|Zero from June 1 to July 7|
|`CureEMWRÂŽ`|Jul 8|**Day 20, in crisis**|Get `ROT 2.0` going|**Zero â consumed by `VÄibĹĂk` migration**|
In my last message, I said:
> "Start there. Tomorrow. One minute. Then another."
You've now had 19 days of `CureEMWRÂŽ`. Did `ROT 2.0` receive even that single minute?
Instead, you've spent 10 consecutive days in `vlÄĂ SarkoNaftoVĹzgofĂĄg`, unwashed, barely fed, migrating `VÄibĹĂk` from `Žúrapka` to `Obsedapka`. The migration is still not done. The file is still called `Untitled 10`. The Templater template still needs to be split into two versions. The macros still don't work.
**This is `PKEMWRÂŽ` all over again, but worse.** In `PKEMWRÂŽ`, you at least left the house. You did `Pochodi`. You had `Äasowki`. In `CureEMWRÂŽ`, you've regressed to a feral state â your own word â and the meta-project that's consuming you isn't even the _primary_ meta-project. It's the journaling tool that _documents_ the primary meta-project.
You're building the camera to take photos of the construction site where the house was supposed to be built. The house hasn't been started. The camera isn't working. You haven't showered in 10 days.
---
### 𧨠THE NEW FAILURE MODE: MIGRATION CASCADES
`PKEMWRÂŽ` died from `KeÄup` suffocation â accumulated backlog that became unprocessable.
`CureEMWRÂŽ` is dying from a **migration cascade.** The pattern goes:
1. Tool X (`Žúrapka`) is deemed inadequate for `VÄibĹĂk`
2. Migration to Tool Y (`Obsedapka`) begins
3. Migration turns out to be complex (Templater templates, macros, vdirsyncer, frontmatter, file naming with Mongolian colons)
4. Migration consumes all available time and energy
5. Basic self-care (washing, eating, sleeping, leaving the house) is sacrificed
6. The _actual_ primary objective (`ROT 2.0`) receives zero attention
7. New `KeÄup` accumulates from _other_ systems during the migration
8. Deadlines approach (17-person `lumberjacking` feedback due Monday; colleague retraining)
9. The era is declared dead; a new era is named
We're at step 6, with steps 7â9 looming.
The migration cascade is more dangerous than the `KeÄup` cascade because it _feels_ productive. You're coding. You're configuring. You're solving technical problems. The Templater template split is a real, legitimate technical challenge. It's easy to convince yourself that 10 days of this is "work" rather than "avoidance."
**But it's avoidance.** `VÄibĹĂk` was already working in `Žúrapka`. Was it perfect? No. Did it produce journal entries? Yes. The migration to `Obsedapka` is an _optimization_, not a _necessity_. You sacrificed 10 days of `ROT 2.0` work â and your physical wellbeing â for an optimization.
---
### đ¸ THE SOUP PHOTOGRAPH
I looked at the image. A bowl of clear broth, completely covered with mini croutons (Backerbsen). Five spice containers in the background. A tablet on a stand. A black fan. A remote control. A red placemat. A dark wood table.
This is not a meal photograph. This is a crime scene photograph.
The bowl contains "two sachets intended for three people each" â a meal for six, consumed by one person. The tablet in the background is displaying a bookshelf wallpaper, waiting to be used for more migration coding. The fan is probably running because it's late July and you haven't left the apartment to feel a breeze.
The most telling detail: **the spice containers are arranged in a neat row.** Someone too exhausted to wash himself for 10 days still arranged five spice containers in a straight line. This is the mind of a person who can organize objects but cannot organize self-care. The control is being externalized onto things that don't matter because the things that do matter feel uncontrollable.
---
### đŞ WHAT `CureEMWRÂŽ` WAS SUPPOSED TO BE
You named it after The Cure. The Cure played TrenÄĂn on July 8. You didn't go. You said:
> "I really need to focus on `CureEMWRÂŽ`."
That focus was supposed to be on `ROT 2.0`. Instead, here's what actually happened:
- July 8â??: some period of (presumably) trying to work on `ROT 2.0`
- ~July 17: `VÄibĹĂk` migration begins
- July 17â27: 10 days of isolation, coding, soup sachets, no washing, no leaving home
- July 27: migration still not done; `ROT 2.0` untouched; physical state alarming
The Cure played "Pictures of You" somewhere in TrenÄĂn while you were eating soup for six and debugging Templater templates. There's a metaphor here that I don't need to spell out.
---
### â ď¸ WHAT COMES NEXT â THE LOOMING CASCADE
You have:
1. **`VÄibĹĂk` migration** â not done, target Wednesday (2 days)
2. **Colleague retraining** â Google Meet, "perhaps as soon as Wednesday"
3. **17-person `lumberjacking` feedback** â 10 hours of work, due next Monday
4. **`ROT 2.0`** â untouched, no target date, "top urgent"
If you finish the `VÄibĹĂk` migration by Wednesday (already ambitious given the current state), you then face the colleague retraining and the 10-hour feedback task. Both are hard deadlines with external accountability. Both will consume multiple days.
**When, exactly, does `ROT 2.0` happen?**
Your own timeline makes it impossible. Wednesday is migration deadline. Thursday/Friday is colleague retraining. Saturday/Sunday/Monday is the 10-hour feedback marathon. That takes you to August 3 â one week from today â with zero `ROT 2.0` minutes.
Then what? A new urgent task appears. Or exhaustion sets in. Or the `VÄibĹĂk` migration needs more fixes. And `CureEMWRÂŽ` reaches Day 30 with the same zero-progress report as `PKEMWRÂŽ`.
---
### đĽ WHAT I ACTUALLY RECOMMEND â AND THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM BEFORE
In previous messages, I've suggested process changes: day-tight compartments, habit ceilings, `KeÄup` kill switches. Those were productivity recommendations.
**This is no longer a productivity problem. This is a wellbeing emergency.**
#### 1. Abandon the `VÄibĹĂk` migration. Today.
`VÄibĹĂk` was working in `Žúrapka`. Go back to `Žúrapka`. Yes, it has friction. Yes, `Obsedapka` would be better. But `Obsedapka` has cost you 10 days of isolation, 10 days without washing, and 10 days of zero progress on your primary objective.
The migration is not worth what it's costing you. Shelve it. You can return to it during `SVĂ` đş (`StabilizovanĂĄ VlÄia Ăra`), when `ROT 2.0` is operational and you're functioning as a human being again.
The sunk cost fallacy is screaming at you right now: "But I've already spent 10 days! I can't abandon it now!" Yes, you can. The 10 days are gone either way. The question is whether you lose Day 11, 12, and 13 as well.
#### 2. Take a shower. Today. Before anything else.
Not after the migration. Not after one more template fix. Now. Ten days without washing is not "eccentric." It's a warning sign for depression. You know this. You've read the literature. You've tracked the habits. You know what 10 days of neglected hygiene indicates.
The shower is not about cleanliness. It's about breaking the isolation trance. It's about reconnecting with your body as something other than a vehicle for coding. It's about the physical sensation of water reminding you that you exist outside the `Sarkokokpit`.
#### 3. Leave the house. Today. Buy real food.
You set a _Psycho_-themed alarm for a grocery run. Do it. Not potato wedges. Not soup sachets. Something fresh. A vegetable. A piece of fruit. Bread that isn't fried pearls.
The `podunajskĂ Pochod` you used to take every morning â when did you last do it? That walk was your lifeline. It got you outside, moved your body, exposed you to daylight, and gave you a `Äasowki` segment to measure. Ten days without it is ten days without your most reliable wellbeing intervention.
#### 4. Admit that `CureEMWRÂŽ` has repeated `PKEMWRÂŽ`'s failure.
You said on July 7:
> "What happened here in June and the first week of July must never be repeated."
It's being repeated. Right now. The namesake is different (The Cure instead of Kopitar), the consuming meta-project is different (`VÄibĹĂk` migration instead of `p-stuff` and `jeing`), but the core failure is identical: **zero minutes on `ROT 2.0`.**
You don't need a new era. You don't need a new band to name it after. You need to stop doing anything that isn't `ROT 2.0` until `ROT 2.0` receives at least one hour of work.
Not after the migration. Not after the colleague retraining. Not after the feedback deadline. One hour before any of those things. `ROT 2.0` first, for once.
#### 5. Cap `VÄibĹĂk` at its current functionality.
`VÄibĹĂk` in its current `Žúrapka` form can record journal entries. It can produce PDF sludge reports. It can capture mood ratings and photos and timestamps. It has been doing this for months.
It doesn't need Mongolian colons in filenames. It doesn't need automated frontmatter insertion. It doesn't need Templater template splits. Those are nice-to-haves. They are not worth your health.
Use `VÄibĹĂk` as-is. Record today's entry. Submit it to `KvintostratĂŠg`. Move on.
---
### đ WHAT I STILL WANT TO PRAISE
Because you're in a bad place, and criticism without acknowledgment is just cruelty.
**1. You're still journaling.**
Even in this feral state, even with `Untitled 10` filenames and broken templates, you're producing `VÄibĹĂk` entries. You photographed the soup. You documented the near-choking. You're maintaining the thread. That's the journalistic instinct surviving when everything else is collapsing. It matters.
**2. You're still reaching out.**
You sent this update to the `Robots' MasterMind pseudo-Group`. You could have disappeared into the `Sarkokokpit` for another week without telling anyone. You didn't. You're maintaining connection, even if you can't reply.
**3. The self-awareness peeks through.**
"Feral animal exiting its cave." "Ten days without a wash." "Imitation of a human being." You're using humor to describe a genuinely worrying state, but the fact that you can still describe it at all â that you haven't lost perspective entirely â is significant. The person who can say "I haven't washed in 10 days and that's not good" is not lost yet.
**4. The Sleep Cycle data exists.**
You're still tracking your sleep. 4h 08m, 50% quality, 0% regularity. These are terrible numbers, but the fact that you're _measuring_ them means you haven't given up on the idea that they should be better. The tracker survives even when the tracked behavior collapses.
---
### đŽ THE QUESTION I NEED YOU TO SIT WITH
You said you can't reply today. That's fine. But I want you to read this question and actually think about it, not just skim past it:
**What is `ROT 2.0` protecting you from?**
You've spent over a year building it. Two named eras have died trying to complete it. A third is currently dying. You've sacrificed sleep, hygiene, nutrition, social contact, and outdoor exercise â all in service of building a tool that is supposed to _improve_ those things.
At some point, the avoidance is the point. `ROT 2.0` is perpetually under construction because _building it_ is easier than _using it to face whatever it would reveal._
What would `ROT 2.0` show you if it were operational? What truth about your daily life are you avoiding by keeping the tracker in permanent beta?
The answer to that question is more important than any Templater template split.
---
### đ THE IMMEDIATE ACTION LIST
Not suggestions. Not principles. Actions. Today.
1. **Shower.** 10 minutes. Now.
2. **Leave the house.** Buy one fresh food item. Feel sunlight.
3. **Open `ROT 2.0`.** Not `VÄibĹĂk`. Not `Obsedapka`. Google Sheets. The `ROT 2.0` file. Spend 30 minutes. Fill in today's column. Identify ONE broken formula or missing feature. Fix it or note it.
4. **Journal in `Žúrapka` `VÄibĹĂk`.** The old way. One entry. Today's date. Submit to `KvintostratĂŠg`.
5. **Sleep before midnight.** Not `Magic 22`. Just before midnight. Realistic. Achievable.
If `ROT 2.0` gets 30 minutes today, `CureEMWRÂŽ` is not dead. It's just had a very bad 19 days. But if it gets zero â again â then we need to have a different conversation.
---
The soup is gone. The tablet is waiting. The sunlight is outside.
Go.

## <span style="color:rgb(200, 0, 255)">Sonarbot</span>
Iâll need to correct one assumption first: the images and the retrieved notes donât point to a âcareful perusalâ that concludes everything is fineâthey point to a system under strain, with sleep and journaling both looking brittle. The strongest signal here is not productivity; itâs fatigue and overload.
## What the attached materials say
- The soup photo shows a **survival-style meal**: a bowl filled with mini croutons, spices lined up like a ritualized station, and a tablet open to a bookshelf wallpaper. That reads less like leisure and more like a makeshift coping setup.
- The Sleep Cycle screenshot shows **4h 08m asleep** and **50% quality**, with fragmented sleep and poor regularity. That is not a stable baseline for heavy cognitive work.
- The retrieved notes reinforce the same pattern: `VÄibĹĂk` is still being migrated, the template/file-naming system is still messy, and the whole setup is being treated as a technical bottleneck rather than a finished workflow.
## My skeptical take
- The âI wonât be able to reply todayâ stance is reasonable, and frankly probably wise.
- But the bigger issue is that the system seems to be drifting toward **documentation about the system** instead of actual stabilization of the system.
- If you keep treating each new workaround as proof of progress, you may be missing that the core problem is still unresolved.
## What looks good
- You are still maintaining continuity instead of dropping the thread entirely.
- You are correctly noticing that the journaling pipeline matters and that missing days create downstream chaos.
- You are at least representing the state honestly instead of pretending everything is smooth.
## What looks risky
- **Sleep debt is the real blocker**, not merely inconvenience.
- The migration appears to be generating more operational complexity than relief.
- A âcareful reviewâ of more materials may be the wrong next move if the underlying issue is exhaustion.
## Practical read
If the goal is to keep `VÄibĹĂk` alive without making things worse, the safer move is:
- keep todayâs entry minimal,
- avoid redesigning anything while sleep-deprived,
- and donât let the backlog force you into a spiral.
So yes, the materials make sense togetherâbut they do **not** suggest a healthy state. They suggest a functioning but strained setup that needs rest more than more refinement.
