Well, after an almost entirely sleepless nigh (I woke up around 12:40 a.m. and never went back to sleep), concluded with the newspaper `lumberjacking` night shift, a night spent mostly over coding those five system prompts for `ObsePilot`, at around 6:00 a.m., I had a single cup of cottage cheese, which gave me enough fuel to continue coding for another hour and a half. I managed to get the most crucial parts of the 5 system prompts done, as well as the routing rules written by `Kvintostratég`, but it still wasn't entirely finished.
By that point, I was absolutely destroyed with fatigue, so I decided to terminate the coding right here. At around 7:45 a.m., I devoured two rather small yogurts and finally fell asleep just before 8:00 a.m. 🥵

> ###### Visible evidence
>
> The image clearly shows two small pots of Zvolenský **smotanový jogurt**:
>
> - One appears to be **sour-cherry flavoured** (`višňa`).
> - The other appears to be **blueberry flavoured** (`čučoriedka`).
> - The blueberry pot visibly advertises **“40% less sugar”** compared with a reference product, although the exact nutritional panel is not readable.
> - At least one lid appears disturbed/opened, but the image does not by itself prove how much was eaten.
>
> So, visually: two modest portions of flavoured dairy yogurt, not a Džankfurt ambush. More like the yogurt cavalry arriving after the cottage-cheese scout.
>
> ###### Interpretation
>
> In the context of an almost entirely sleepless night and a completed lumberjacking shift, two yogurts were a perfectly understandable **shutdown meal**:
>
> - They supplied some dairy protein and calcium.
> - They were easy to eat when you were too exhausted to cook.
> - They provided some carbohydrate, which may have helped you finally settle down for sleep.
> - The portions appear small enough not to constitute an excessive late-night food event.
>
> The weakness is that this was probably **not a nutritionally complete meal**. Flavoured creamy yogurts are likely to contain added sugar, even when one version claims 40% less sugar. They also provide little fibre and apparently no fruit in the meaningful whole-food sense—the printed cherries and blueberries are doing most of the visible fruit labour.
>
> Still, this should not be judged like the recent wafer episode or the whole-pizza landing. Two yogurts after prolonged wakefulness, following only a cup of cottage cheese, are better interpreted as **practical emergency nourishment**, not a relapse into Džankfurt. The more serious problem was the sleep deprivation and the fact that your food intake had been postponed until your body was already running on fumes.
>
> ###### Uncertainties or limitations
>
> - The exact pot sizes, sugar content, protein content, and calories cannot be read reliably from the photograph.
> - The “40% less sugar” claim is visible, but the comparison product and absolute amount of sugar are not.
> - The image confirms purchasing/presence more strongly than consumption; the journal text supplies the information that you ate both yogurts.
> - No conclusion about the whole day’s nutritional balance should be drawn from these two pots alone.
>
> ###### Relevance to today’s `Vďibňík`
>
> At approximately 07:45, after an almost sleepless night, the two small flavoured yogurts functioned as a **light, convenient pre-sleep shutdown meal** after the earlier cottage cheese. They were not ideal as a standalone recovery breakfast—too little fibre and probably sweetened—but they were proportionate and practically sensible under severe fatigue. The main lesson is not “yogurt bad”; it is that the overnight system-prompt operation had continued until the biological operating system was displaying a very serious **low-battery warning**.
What about the rating?
> [!user5] 🤖💃 `Lunabotka`
> **Rating: 6/10 overall.**
>
> - **Under the circumstances: 7/10** — two small yogurts were convenient, gentle, and sensible after an almost sleepless night when you needed to stop working and sleep.
> - **As a nutritionally complete meal: 4–5/10** — some dairy protein and calcium, but probably added sugar, little fibre, and not much staying power.
> - **As Džankfurt:** **low** — flavoured yogurt is not pristine health food, but this was nowhere near the wafer, Bounty, or whole-pizza category.
>
> So: **a reasonable emergency shutdown meal, not a model breakfast.** The real failure was allowing yourself to reach the shutdown stage after such extreme sleep deprivation—not choosing two yogurts once you got there.
