I really didn't want to eat anything at all until I finished the most urgent `Vďibňík 3.0` workflow updates with `Kvintostratég`, but `Robotapka` has a worldwide outage. This made me so nervous that I started devouring this, and I devoured all of it (which is 160 grams). That's instead of lunch. 😳🤦

> ###### Visible evidence
>
> The image shows a 160g package of "Zlaté Polomáčené mini hořké" (dark chocolate-coated mini biscuits) by Opavia. The packaging clearly displays nutritional information: 100g contains 2173 kJ (520 kcal). The front also highlights a "Harmony" certification for the wheat flour used.
>
> ###### Interpretation
>
> This is a textbook example of a stress-induced `Džankfurt` event. When your primary coping mechanism—the `Vďibňík` workflow with `Kvintostratég`—is interrupted by a global outage, you’ve reached for a high-energy, highly processed, and hyper-palatable comfort food.
>
> Consuming the entire 160g package in one sitting provides roughly 830 kcal, consisting almost entirely of refined carbohydrates, sugars, and fats. While it certainly provides immediate, albeit fleeting, relief from the stress of the outage, it offers zero satiety, no protein, and no fibre. It is the nutritional opposite of the cottage cheese you had earlier.
>
> ###### Uncertainties or limitations
>
> The image confirms the product and the total weight (160g), allowing for a fairly accurate assessment of the caloric load. The only uncertainty is the exact impact on your blood sugar and subsequent energy levels, though a crash is a near-certainty following such a significant intake of simple sugars.
>
> ###### Relevance to today’s `Vďibňík`
>
> This entry marks a sharp pivot from your earlier, more balanced cottage cheese choice. It highlights the direct link between technical frustration (the `Robotapka` outage) and your dietary choices. For the main play-by-play robot: please note that this was a stress-eating episode that replaced a proper lunch. It is not part of a planned dietary pattern but a reactive response to a high-cortisol situation.

> This is an exceptionally poor nutritional choice for a meal replacement. It is pure `Džankfurt`—high in energy density, low in nutritional value, and likely to exacerbate the very exhaustion you are trying to overcome. It is a clear "1" because it was consumed as a lunch replacement under stress, rather than as a small, mindful treat.

> ###### Visible evidence
>
> I can clearly inspect the image.
>
> What’s visible is a yellow-and-red bag of **“Polomáčené mini”** biscuits/cookies — small **half-coated chocolate** snack biscuits, likely in a **mini** format. The front shows:
> - several biscuit pieces, some plain and some chocolate-coated
> - a **certification/HARMONY** badge
> - a small front-of-pack nutrition panel
> - the package looks **opened and crumpled**, which fits the note’s claim that you ate the whole thing
>
> From the accompanying journal text, the important extra detail is that you **ate the entire 160 g bag as lunch** because Robotapka was down and you got nervous.
>
> ###### Interpretation
>
> This is very clearly **Džankfurt pretending to be lunch**.
>
> As a lunch replacement, it’s weak for the usual reasons:
> - mostly refined flour and sugar
> - likely a decent amount of fat from the coating
> - basically no visible protein
> - no visible fibre, fruit, vegetables, or real satiety support
>
> So in practical terms, this was probably:
> - fast
> - emotionally convenient
> - not especially satisfying in a stable, long-lasting way
>
> That said, the context matters. You weren’t choosing this as some carefree snack on a pleasant afternoon; you were dealing with a **Robotapka outage**, workflow stress, and nervous hunger. In that sense, the choice is understandable, even if it’s nutritionally lopsided. It’s the kind of thing that keeps a stressed brain from collapsing, but it doesn’t exactly build a heroic lunch legacy.
>
> The visible purchase/food set is therefore:
> - **reasonable as an emergency snack**
> - **pretty poor as a standalone lunch**
> - **well below** your goals if this sort of thing starts becoming a habitual replacement for proper meals
>
> ###### Uncertainties or limitations
>
> - I can identify the product category and the half-coated biscuit appearance, but I cannot read the full ingredient list from the photo.
> - The exact sugar, fat, and salt content are not fully knowable from the image alone.
> - I am relying on your note for the **160 g eaten** detail; the image itself shows the package, not the act of consumption.
> - I can’t tell whether this was bought specifically as lunch or just raided in a moment of stress.
>
> ###### Relevance to today’s `Vďibňík`
>
> This adds a neat but slightly sad little chapter to the day: **lunch got replaced by an entire bag of mini half-coated biscuits because the robot infrastructure collapsed and your nerves took the wheel**. That is very on-brand for a chaotic `Vďibňík` day, and it’s useful to record because it shows the behavioural trigger, not just the food.
>
> The key takeaway for the main play-by-play is not “you ate biscuits,” but:
> - the lunch was **stress-driven**
> - it was **a full bag, not a nibble**
> - it was **chosen as a substitute for a proper meal**, not as a treat in a normal context
>
> That distinction matters a lot for the record.
>

>
> ###### Visible evidence
>
> - A large package of **mini chocolate-coated wafers**, labelled `polomáčané mini – hořké/horké`—apparently wafers partly coated in dark chocolate.
> - The package shows both plain wafer sections and chocolate-covered sections.
> - The front label states:
> - **161 kcal per 5 pieces**
> - **520 kcal per 100 g**
> - The package weight is supplied in your journal as **160 g**.
> - The packet is open and, according to your account, you consumed the entire 160 g at approximately **15:35**, instead of eating lunch.
>
> Based on the printed 520 kcal per 100 g, the whole packet represents approximately **832 kcal**. That calculation is reasonably dependable because both the weight and per-100-g value are available—not a visual guess.
>
> ###### Interpretation
>
> This was unambiguously **Džankfurt lunch**. The problem is not that you ate a few wafers during a crisis; the problem is that the entire lunch became a sweet, chocolate-coated wafer packet.
>
> Nutritionally, it supplied a substantial amount of energy, mostly from the product’s carbohydrate and fat combination. It may contain a little protein and some flour-derived substance, but it is not a meaningful source of:
>
> - vegetables or fruit;
> - fibre in the practical sense needed for a sustaining meal;
> - a substantial protein portion;
> - the broader range of nutrients you would expect from lunch.
>
> The more revealing part is the behavioural chain: you did not want to eat until the urgent `Vďibňík 3.0` work was finished, `Robotapka`’s outage made you nervous, and the nervous system apparently appointed the mini-wafers as emergency management. Then the whole packet disappeared. This looks less like a deliberate “I shall now have a wafer lunch” decision and more like **food deprivation plus acute frustration producing a rapid Džankfurt landing**.
>
> It is also worth noting that your morning cottage cheese was a decent protein-containing snack, but it did not transform this into a balanced day. Cottage cheese plus 160 g of chocolate wafers is still a very uneven pattern: respectable protein early, then a large energy-dense sweet food standing in for lunch.
>
> The sensible response is not a grand punitive fast. That would risk continuing the same deprivation–devouring cycle. Your next proper intake should simply be ordinary food with a protein source and something fresh or fibre-rich—for example, cottage cheese or eggs with bread and vegetables, yoghurt with fruit and muesli, or a soup supplemented with something more substantial.
>
> ###### Uncertainties or limitations
>
> - The exact ingredient list, sugar content, fat content, and fibre content are not readable from the image.
> - The approximate **832 kcal** applies only if the full 160 g was eaten, as your journal says.
> - The photograph documents the product and packaging; the written context supplies the evidence that it was actually consumed.
> - I cannot infer the rest of today’s intake from this lunch alone.
>
> ###### Relevance to today’s `Vďibňík`
>
> > At approximately 15:35, during anxiety caused by Robotapka’s worldwide outage and an urgent `Vďibňík 3.0` workflow session, `vlčí Sarkofážňik` consumed an entire 160 g package of mini chocolate-coated wafers instead of lunch. The package states 520 kcal per 100 g, making the full amount approximately 832 kcal. This was a substantial-energy but nutritionally poor Džankfurt event: no documented protein serving, fruit, vegetables, or genuinely balanced meal components. The episode appears connected to postponing food until work was finished, followed by nervous rapid eating. It should be recorded as food actually consumed, not merely a purchase.
>
> Do not conclude from this one event that the whole day is ruined—or that a compensatory fast is needed. The useful conclusion is narrower: **postponing lunch while under technical stress made an all-or-nothing Džankfurt lunch more likely**.
>
> ###### `Krmivo` rating
>
> **`Krmivo` rating: 2/10**
> **Rating subject: 160 g mini chocolate-coated wafer packet consumed as lunch**
> **Confidence: high**
>
> The strongest positive feature is that it provided a clearly quantifiable amount of energy when you had been postponing food. The decisive weakness is that an entire sweet wafer packet replaced lunch, with no visible or documented protein, produce, or meaningful meal balance. As a small treat, it would deserve a much less severe rating; as lunch, this is the Mini-Keksi Hydra wearing a yellow packet.
