The dam burst at the end of the day. The last line of defense against overeating broke, and this is the result at almost quarter to 11 in the evening. Under normal circumstances, there is no way I would have devoured this. I would have waited for my standard breakfast time of 5 a.m., but after an excruciating day, this is what it amounted to: a late-evening explosion of grease. But I must say, the taste was absolutely great. Usually those frozen pizza discs are best from Tesco, but this one was so fabulous. It was from a severely discounted triple pack of ham pizza frozen discs that I purchased last week. It was just absolutely great, very crunchy and so on, and I put additional chipotle chili flakes on it, washed down with a big mug of kefir. I devoured all of that within 18 minutes, so at least I stopped eating by 11 p.m. So now I will try to restart my intermittent fasting chain. Since the minimum viable fast is 12 hours, this of course prevents me from eating breakfast tomorrow. I'll only be permitted to start eating at 11 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, or later. It is a very significant evening. It's the last summer evening, because I observe the traditional boundaries of months. I don't care about sun equinoxes or whatever equinoxes, so for me, this has been the final day of summer 2026. It was mostly a harrowing summer, but also a summer of major breakthroughs. First, the Vďibňík 2.0 revolution: after 14 years of on-and-off use, I finally ditched Žúrapka on day one and switched to Obsedapka for good for my Vďibňík. I launched the Vďibňík 2.0 revolution with those 31 robots in ObsePilot. But before that could even be completed, here comes the Vďibňík 3.0 revolution with the arrival of Majonéza. This allowed me to move back to where I was in February with my play-by-play Vďibňík threads. They have moved back now to Kvintostratégovi Robotapka because those play-by-play threads can now be synchronized live, via Majonéza, from the web-based or app-based Robotapka to Obsedapka. It is now a hybrid workflow: the play-by-play threads live in Robotapka, while individual Markdown entries, such as this one for Krmivo, stay in Obsedapka. As I said, on the last day of summer there were those heat waves, and of course I am responsible for them. If I had observed the strict Wolfean schedules in accordance with Koláčapka, then those heat waves would not have happened, but it is what it is. Still, it is important to get a very good first day of the fall of 2026, so tomorrow, September 1st, should be a success. I should just put this summer behind me: this utter chaos of constant overeating, drowning in junk food, p-stuff, G-ing, and all the moral relapses one could imagine. I was just constantly succumbing to them. We should turn over a new leaf. It is a new season, the autumn of 2026, so let's put this summer behind us conclusively. It is going to be a nervous day because I failed to bring the dark-red Schopenhauerian Obedáre to the school cafeteria, and I should do that no later than 10:00 AM. On the other hand, since I am not permitted to eat breakfast anyway, this does not really matter. I can get out from Wolf's Throat at around 9:00 AM just to make sure I bring the Obedáre to the school cafeteria before 10:00 AM or so. Then I could undertake a Pochodi to podzáhradní Vietnamci to eat citrónovo-feferónková Poľiewka there. I vowed not to eat it anymore this year because of my financial dire straits, but maybe to celebrate the arrival of the fall I could do it. I am donating the nasty bean soup to the nice, frail little cleaning lady in the school cafeteria, so only the second course will be for me tomorrow: makové rezance (or makové slíže). I will be interested in hearing how many points the Krmivo Analyst will award to tomorrow's makové rezance. I like them; many people dislike them, but I actually like them a lot. That is a good meal, I would say. Not nutritious, I am afraid, so there won't be many points awarded by the Krmivo Analyst tomorrow, but in terms of taste, it is really good. And what's wrong with poppy seed? I am actually really looking forward to it. Above all, I am looking forward to turning over a new leaf. We must pretend as if this summer never happened, even though it brought those Vďibňík 3.0 revolution breakthroughs. But then again, ROT 2.0, my main priority, did not budge a single centimeter. There is lots of stuff unfinished, like the lumberjacking feedback that I should have delivered two or three weeks ago (I don't even remember anymore). Those 15 lumberjacking team feedback Paradajki are still undelivered. There is also lots of stress with the forced introduction of the stupid Gutenberg block editor at the newspaper: lots of worry about that, lots of commotion. I will need to conduct a video training for the lumberjacking team on Wednesday evening, while also being asked to substitute, so there are lots of worries there. The worst thing of all is having to update the school's Google and Microsoft accounts for the new year: for the very first time using an API key from EduPage to try and synchronize it, as well as using GAM (Google Account Manager) for the first time. It is something I have never done before that I will need to learn now. The stress is immense, but I will try and handle it in a human, decent, dignified way. Who said that it is under pressure when your strength is most shown? I absolutely failed throughout the summer; I crumbled under pressure every single day. So let's try and do it better, starting tomorrow: the first day of the fall of 2026. The outlook is not good. I missed Magic 22 here, and there is the Hitchcockian Psycho-themed alarm clock set for 4:58 AM for the Monday lumberjacking night shift. Mondays are usually easy, so it shouldn't be too difficult, but there is still that alarm clock. It all depends on whether I manage to fall asleep now or not, but the pizza disc should help with that. And of course, the Vďibňík 3.0 revolution is absolutely unfinished. There is so much stuff still to finish: • Those new Vďibňík entry Templater templates and the scripts in those templates • The Koláčapka Studio web-based converter • The prompts, and so on and so forth With the prompts, there are just very little things that need to be finished, but I'm just drowning in all the unfinished stuff. > [!user3] 🤖💃 `Lunabotka` > The image is visually available, and it confirms the evening’s **Pizza Dam Burst**—though, mercifully, it appears to be one pizza rather than an entire Kaufland freezer section. > > ###### Visible evidence > > - A baked, round pizza occupies most of the blue plate. > - The visible toppings appear to include tomato sauce, melted cheese, and diced ham. > - There are many dark flakes scattered across the surface, consistent with the additional chilli seasoning you describe, though the exact seasoning cannot be identified with certainty from the image. > - The crust looks fairly thin and noticeably browned/crunchy around the edge. > - Beside it is a large mug containing a pale, thick-looking fermented dairy drink, very plausibly kefir. > - A pepper grinder is standing nearby. > - The pizza is presented as a complete meal at the desk, with the tablet, fan, and remote control suggesting a late, overheated, technologically fortified Wolf’s Throat supper. > > ###### Interpretation > > This is clearly a **Džankfurt-adjacent emergency supper**, but not a nutritional apocalypse. > > The pizza provides: > > - substantial carbohydrate and fat; > - some protein from the ham and cheese; > - considerable pleasure, which is not nutritionally irrelevant after an excruciating day. > > The kefir is the best supporting actor in the photograph. It likely adds protein, calcium, and a more sustaining element than the pizza alone. It does not magically convert frozen pizza into a balanced meal, but it does make the combination less nutritionally barren. > > The weaknesses are equally visible: > > - no fruit or vegetables; > - relatively little fibre; > - likely a fairly salty, processed meal; > - the ham-and-cheese combination adds more saturated fat and sodium; > - late-night rapid consumption—eighteen minutes, according to the entry—makes it easier to overshoot comfortable fullness. > > The chilli flakes are not morally incriminating, but given your recurring reflux problems, they may be a practical irritant. The same applies to eating a greasy pizza late and then lying down soon afterwards. > > My verdict: **about 5/10 as a one-off emergency late supper; perhaps 3–4/10 as a model for the autumn reset.** The kefir prevents a harsher verdict. The central problem is not that you enjoyed one pizza; it is that prolonged stress, sleep disruption, restriction, and delayed eating repeatedly create the conditions for a “dam burst.” > > ###### Uncertainties or limitations > > - The image cannot establish the pizza’s exact size, ingredients, weight, or nutritional composition. > - The photograph shows the meal served, not by itself that it was completely consumed; that comes from your written account. > - The kefir’s exact quantity and nutritional profile cannot be determined visually. > - The photograph shows no vegetables or fruit, but that does not prove none were eaten elsewhere during the day. > > ###### Relevance to today’s `Vďibňík` > > The durable handoff is: > > > At approximately 22:42 on the final evening of the user’s self-defined summer, a whole frozen ham pizza was served with added chilli flakes and a large mug of kefir. The pizza was reportedly consumed within eighteen minutes after a highly stressful day. It was indulgent and nutritionally incomplete, but the kefir added useful protein/calcium and this should be treated as a single stress-related late supper—not as evidence that the entire autumn is already ruined. > > A 12-hour overnight fast is a reasonable boundary if it feels comfortable, but it need not become a punishment ritual. The more important autumn experiment is not “never eat pizza again”; it is **preventing the next meal from having to carry the accumulated hunger, exhaustion, and emotional pressure of an entire day**. ### <span style="color:#00b050">Highlights</span> - After an excruciating final day of summer, `vlčí Sarkofážňik` broke his last line of defense against overeating, devouring a discounted frozen ham pizza with chipotle flakes and a large mug of `Kefír` in 18 minutes at 22:42; the taste was excellent, but it means no breakfast tomorrow due to restarting his 12-hour `Pôst`. - He marked the end of his self-defined summer as a time of major breakthroughs: the `Vďibňík 2.0` revolution (ditching `Žúrapka` for `Obsedapka` with 31 robots) and the `Vďibňík 3.0` revolution (`Majonéza` enabling live sync, moving play-by-play threads back to `Robotapka`, creating a hybrid workflow with Markdown entries in `Obsedapka`). - For Sept 1, the first day of fall, he plans to deliver his dark-red Schopenhauerian `Obedár` to the school cafeteria before 10:00, donate the bean soup to the cleaning lady, and look forward to `makové Rezance` as second course—possibly also a `Pochod` to `podzáhradní Vietnamci` for `citrónovo-feferónková Poľiewka` to celebrate the first day of the autumn of 2026. - He is carrying immense stress and unfinished work: `ROT 2.0` hasn't budged, 15 `lumberjacking` team feedback `Paradajki` undelivered, forced Gutenberg block editor training on Wednesday, and first-time school account synchronization via EduPage API and GAM. - He emphatically wants to put the summer behind him and turn over a new leaf, acknowledging he crumbled under pressure daily; he sets his sights on a good first day of autumn. - The 🤖💃 `Lunabotka` verdict attached to the entry scored the pizza supper ~5/10 as a one-off emergency late meal and 3–4/10 as a model for the autumn reset, noting the `Kefír` helps but the key is preventing the next meal from carrying accumulated hunger, exhaustion, and emotional pressure. > [!user] 🤖 `Hĺbkobot` > I can’t actually see the photo myself—only Lunabotka’s description of one ham pizza, kefir, and a pepper grinder—so I’ll go on the written evidence: one discounted frozen disc, chipotle flakes, kefir, eighteen minutes, “done by 11.” The stopwatch part is the real tell. You didn’t just break; you ran a controlled demolition and then filed the after-action report. > > The pizza sounds genuinely good, and I’m not going to pretend a single late ham pizza is moral collapse. But it also wasn’t nothing. It was the end of an excruciating day, eaten fast and greasy near bed, with relief and guilt arriving at the same time. Lunabotka’s 5/10 as a one-off is fair; its last line matters more—the meal carried the accumulated hunger, exhaustion, and pressure of the whole day. That’s the issue to fix, not the pizza. > > What worries me is the immediate jump to penance: no breakfast, chain restarted. A 12-hour fast is fine as a schedule, but the phrasing feels punitive. If the fast becomes the price of the pizza, you’ll just make 11 a.m. hungrier and more desperate—and you’re already talking yourself back into the Vietnamci soup you said you couldn’t afford. You didn’t even make it to September before the rule got converted into a celebration. > > Also: your own timestamp says Monday, 31 August, and then you call tomorrow Monday. I’d blame the pizza, but I think it’s the first sign that the “new leaf” is already overloaded. > > I don’t buy the summer-failure verdict as written. You didn’t crumble every day; you built V2 and V3, moved your whole Vďibňík between systems, got Majonéza working, and kept a complicated workflow alive. What didn’t budge was ROT 2.0. That’s not total collapse; that’s a main priority that got starved while the infrastructure projects ate. The diary revolutions may be real breakthroughs, but they’re support machinery for the thing you say matters most. You’ve written more here about Templater scripts, Robotapka, and converters than about ROT 2.0. That’s a choice, not just bad luck. > > “Pretend as if this summer never happened” is exactly wrong. You need the summer to exist—both the breakthroughs and the daily relapses—so you can see what actually caused the dam bursts. Heat waves, Koláčapka, whatever private causal chain you’re running: fine, maybe you’re responsible for the weather. But you don’t fix late-night overeating by erasing the evidence and calling it autumn. > > Tomorrow already contains: Obedár to the cafeteria before 10, bean soup disposal, makové rezance, possible Vietnamci soup, Gutenberg stress, EduPage API/GAM first-time work, fifteen undelivered Paradajki, and the unfinished V3 queue. That’s not a first day of fall. That’s a full autumn with a fresh title card. And you’re going to do it on skipped breakfast and possibly bad sleep after a 22:42 pizza. > > If you want tomorrow to be a success, make success small. Deliver the Obedár, eat something real after 11, don’t buy the soup unless you truly need it, and give one protected hour to ROT 2.0 before the errands invent new errands. That would be more of a leaf-turn than a grand seasonal decree. > > And the bean soup donation is only generous if the cleaning lady actually wants it. Otherwise it’s not charity—it’s disposal with extra steps.
