It's almost three-quarters of an hour now. I still need to finish off that filter number 4, but that one has time; it can be finished off at any point in the morning or even before midday. This break was great. Ironically, I didn't do any of the things I actually wanted to do: like shaving after a week of disgraceful omission, or preparing the dark-red Schopenhauerian `Obedár` for delivery to the school cafeteria. Instead, I did a good thing by brewing a Jena-glass double cup of Twinings's Earl Grey decaf tea, which always calms me down. Above all, so many ideas popped into my silly head as I was moving about. That is the advantage of inserting a break instead of sitting in a Sarkokokpit office chair for hours without one. Ideas just pop into your head. For instance, I might as well expand ROT 2.0 by including daily habit number 165: the daily Krmivo rating. Only a day ago, I would never have thought of this. But suddenly, out of the workflow we built yesterday with the `Krmivo Analyst` system prompt, arose the option to assign a `Krmivo` rating for every day (which can motivate you to eat healthier food so that your rating is better). `Lunabotka` performed that rating even before I went to sleep last night, and I really liked how she did it. She noted that I had four meals, which mathematically averaged out to 4.75, but she gave me a holistic rating of 4 for the entire day. That is exactly the smart way to go about it. It shouldn't be a strict mathematical average, but a holistic view of the entire day's Krmivo. Yesterday absolutely did not deserve more than four points. This is a great new workflow, fully developed this morning. I was excited to send a `Whatsaponát` about it immediately to `Copatí` and `SisterNun`, because it was really `Copatí`'s suggestions and comments that brought all of this about: 1. First, his questions indirectly led me to the idea of assigning a rating to every individual meal. 2. Then, yesterday evening, he replied that it would be nice to see that for a full week, which made me realize we can also have a rating for the full day. Of course, from there we could generate a rating for the full week, month, and so on. But because you live day by day, the daily rating will be much more important to me than the weekly one. The weekly rating can simply be the mathematical average of the 7 daily ratings, and the monthly rating can be the mathematical average of the 28 to 31 daily ratings in that month. That's fine. But the daily rating itself should be a holistic picture, not a mathematical average. What great developments here. My mood is considerably raised thanks to that. But now it's really time to finish off yesterday's newspaper lumberjack night shift, and then I need to abandon the paradajkoví Ritmus. I simply need to shave, take a `vlčia Sprcha` (once again, the first one in about four days, which is gross and disgusting), 🤢 including washing `Kotrba`, and then get out to deposit the dark-red Schopenhauerian `Obedár` at the school cafeteria. I won't force myself to do a minimum viable `Pochod` of 3 km after a halfway sleepless night, but if it can be done, I will do it. I do feel fatigued now, no wonder after just 4 hours of sleep, but it should be enough to get me to the school cafeteria. Even if I have to take public transport and fail to reach those three kilometers on the way there, I can always continue the `Pochod` at lunchtime when I go to pick up the `Obedár`. Of course, there will only be `makové Slíže` inside it. What is `Mak` in English? Is it poppy seed? "Joseph Poppy Seed, Človek Milión"? That would be a ridiculous name for a literary figure! In any case, I can start the `Pochod` this morning and continue at lunchtime when I pick up the `Obedár`. I also need to send a `Whatsaponát` to the nice, frail little cleaning lady from the school cafeteria so she knows she can take the bean soup. She likes bean soup, whereas I hate it. As I just mentioned in the `Whatsaponát` I dispatched to `Copatí` and `SisterNun`, I would instantly outlaw beans, peas, lentils, and `Cicvor` around the world: or, if not worldwide, then at least in the `Vinco` school cafeteria. Amazingly, there are still `Robotapka` outages in all respects. It’s not that original outage of the `Work` tab from yesterday; it's more like now everything is collapsing all at once in all of `Robotapka`; it’s now also API access, even for free users, and plainly loading the website and the various threads is still problematic. What an absolute debacle for OpenAI! 🤦 But I have no time to talk to `Kvintostratég` right now anyway. What an outright debacle, though. ### Highlights - `vlčí Sarkofážňik` found the extended break highly productive, though he skipped planned tasks like shaving and preparing the dark-red Schopenhauerian `Obedár`; instead, he brewed a calming Earl Grey decaf tea. - The break sparked a new workflow: expanding `ROT 2.0` with a daily `Krmivo` rating, which should be a *holistic* picture of the day's food rather than a strict mathematical average. `Lunabotka` had already done this last night, rating yesterday 4 despite a 4.75 average. - He credits `Copatí`'s suggestions for the idea and excitedly shared the development via `Whatsaponát` to `Copatí` and `SisterNun`.
