Indeed, it's a fragmented era because yesterday's Vďibňík Kečup is unslurped. So that's going to be my first concern here: to try and backslurp the Vďibňík Kečup for yesterday, so that, if possible, the chronicle of yesterday could perhaps be complete. The start to the new day is pretty satisfactory in terms of sleep. A rating of 66% almost reaches the minimum target of 70% for night's sleep, but there is one big blemish: 20 minutes of snoring. And not just any 20 minutes: I listened to the samples. It shows 0 out of 10 clips done (not sure what this means in the Chrapapka screenshots), but there are 8 clips, and the snoring samples are absolutely terrifying, like real lumberjacking sounds. I must attribute this to the overall lack of movement over the last few weeks, alongside the constant overeating, `Džankfurt` orgies, and so on. I must hope that this snoring subsides. Generally, when you try to recover and get your life back on track, my experience is that things initially get even worse than they used to be before they start getting better. You must simply persevere in the new course; just changing course often leads to even more turbulence initially, before the improvement sets in. So I have now changed course, starting yesterday (the first day of September and the first day of fall), and I must now persevere. These first few days are going to be rocky, I'm sure of that, and yesterday confirmed it: constant annoyances from the newspaper and constant squabbles from earliest morning to latest evening, all around, on a day that was supposed to be completely free from newspaper worries. Instead, the newspaper completely dominated yesterday. If it wasn't for the Vďibňík 3.0 improvements in terms of workflows, the Krmivo rating scale, and so on, yesterday would have been a clear-cut, one-star day. But those improvements were indeed significant. So I must prevent the goddamn newspaper from devouring and destroying another day of mine, at least psychologically and mentally. But the difference is that, as opposed to yesterday, today is anything but free from official newspaper duties. Two lumberjacks (not just one) who were supposed to have their day shifts cancelled, first one, then the other, and now two hours are left without cover. So those two hours need to be covered, and it looks like it's going to be me, even though there are 15 people on the lumberjacking team and I've been totally overloaded with these stupid block editor squabbles. It means I will probably need to perform the day shift from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. That shift is followed by a video Google Meet on the introduction of the Gutenberg block editor and all the problems connected to it. Overall, of course, it is worse than the classic editor, at least here to start with, even though the official propaganda from the IT department claims it's better. Of course it's not. The main flaw is the inability to reorder the sequence of elements in that silly right-hand column. Everything is put inside it, which makes it too tall, too cumbersome, too time-consuming, and difficult to see which element is where. You can't even customize the sequence. As a result, some of the elements the lumberjacking team actually uses are hidden towards the bottom of that overly tall right-hand panel, while other elements we do not use as frequently are at the top. It is all upside down. I was saying this all the time: the stupid Gutenberg block editor will only make things worse. That is exactly what is happening, despite the IT department trying to make us believe everything is better. It simply is not. Another major annoyance is the main illustration picture attached to an article. Every reader immediately sees the main picture and its caption, yet there are frequently grammar and language mistakes in those captions. The WordPress architecture is so flawed that the main illustration picture is not considered part of the article, even though it is the most prominent part and the first thing a reader notices. Even back in the Classic Editor, WordPress did not consider it part of the article, meaning review history does not capture changes to the main illustration picture at all. Until about a week ago, if someone swapped the main picture, it was not recorded. Last week they introduced a last-minute adjustment where a picture change is recorded, but only for the image itself. If there is a new picture, we know we must check its caption. However, if it is the same picture and someone merely edits the caption (which happens frequently), that is not captured at all, let alone the actual text of the caption in the review history. This is a huge, long-established flaw in WordPress. But at least in the Classic Editor, earlier this year (after 12 years of the newspaper), they introduced an improvement allowing you to see the caption directly in the editing window without opening the picture itself in a separate window. For the last six months or so, we were finally not forced to open the picture every single time just to view the caption. Now, with the forced transition to Gutenberg, we are back where we were for the first 11 and a half years: the caption is once again fully hidden. Every single time, even just to check an update on an article, we will need to open the main picture window again purely to check the caption, because it is not recorded in version review history. This is atrocious. As I have always said, most upgrades are for the worse, especially when enforced like this Gutenberg block editor. Those are two major areas where things will now be worse for our lumberjacking team. But anyway, I'm supposed to conduct as the main person, even though I never asked for it, the Google Meet at 6 PM tonight, introduced the blog editor to the entire lumberjack team. T1, the lumberjack team boss, said I should conduct it. There are 15 of us on the web, so not everyone is expected or required to attend, but we'll be capturing that meeting on video. I'm supposed to introduce the pitfalls and whatever tips and advice on how to do it. For example, in that stupid right-hand panel, you are allowed to disable some elements that you don't need as a lumberjack. There are overall maybe 20 elements in that right-hand panel, and us lumberjacks need maybe 10 of them. In case someone hasn't discovered that yet on their own (which happens), I'm supposed to show how to disable certain elements and how to keep only those we need. But the point is, you cannot reorder the sequence, which is a huge faux pas on the part of the WordPress developers. A couple of days ago, I conducted a dedicated thread with Kvintostratég of Robotapka, where I asked him whether it's absolutely impossible to reorder the sequence of those elements in the right-hand panel. I don't mean in default WordPress, because I know that in stupid default WordPress it doesn't work, but I meant just in any way whatsoever because we have our own IT department which customizes our WordPress all the time. Kvintostratég said that, of course, on principle it's not out of the question, but to make it customizable on the user level is very difficult or almost impossible. So there you have it: a supposed upgrade is quite clearly a downgrade. As to composing texts inside the Gutenberg block editor, I'm perfectly sure it's a disaster. But this one doesn't affect us really, because we are only lumberjacks or proofreaders, so we are only post-processing texts that are already there. We will be spared the worst suffering. I just ditched Day One, or Žurabka, after 14 years, and one of the main reasons was this stupid Gutenberg block editor. It was absolutely excruciating to be composing anything because it just doesn't work in the standard way. The cursor kept freezing, and you couldn't select text reasonably across several paragraphs because they were considered to be blocks rather than paragraphs. It is a complete disaster in my opinion and in my experience. I would never in my own life use the stupid Gutenberg block editor for any purpose whatsoever. I can only commiserate the newsroom, the actual writers who are supposed to use it for writing texts. So that's the worst thing about the Gutenberg block editor. Us lumberjacks will deal with the annoyance of the inability to reorder the sequence of elements in that stupid, overlong, too tall, and difficult to oversee right-hand panel. And then, once again, there is the necessity to open the stupid main illustration picture every single time, just to recheck and keep checking all the time the stupid caption, because Review History doesn't capture it, and our IT department has been unable to do anything about it for 12 years now. Of course, there were these huge quarrels yesterday from morning to evening, just quarrels. I was reprimanded by this fellow lumberjack lady who always reprimands me. Whenever she finds an opportunity to slam me and to criticize me, she jumps on it. She jumps on it like, as we say in Slovak, "ako pes po údenom" (like a dog after smoked meat). She jumps on it and just slams me immediately. That's what she did yesterday again. I was briefly considering telling T1, the team boss, that I would not conduct that meeting tonight. I would simply say I have no time. Why should I conduct the meeting? I'm not the team boss, and I'm not responsible. Why should I be doing it, goddammit? But okay, T1 is a big friend of mine, and she asked me to do it, so I will probably do it. But there is a poisonous atmosphere in the lumberjack team from yesterday, from the quarrels that lasted from morning to evening. How am I supposed to conduct a meeting now when there is probably resentment towards me from maybe even the majority of the lumberjack team? Overall, it's a total mess. It was, of course, to be expected. When they do such forceful things as enforcing a stupid editor that has an extremely bad reputation around the world, well, then this was to be expected. That such quarrels would erupt, the overall mood would be bad, everyone would be stressed, and so on. Communication with the chief programmer from the IT department broke down last Thursday, at least from my side. I asked them to omit me from any further consultations because he was extremely aggressive and reacted in an irritated fashion whenever we reported what doesn't work and what should be improved. Despite that, yesterday morning a private message on Šľakonát arrived from him to me and T1. I don't know why he included me again. Once again, there was a big quarrel because what the chief programmer said absolutely shocked me: he displayed that he doesn't know basic elementary things. When I pointed it out (not in those words, I simply corrected the elementary error in what he said), he reacted in an irritated way, just like last Thursday. This is atrocious, just a complete failure of communication on all parts. I am not willing to conduct any testing whatsoever. I am a regular rank-and-file lumberjack on this team, so give me the texts to lumberjack and I will lumberjack them. I will not be conducting any testing of the stupid block editor; it was not my decision to introduce it. Why should I troubleshoot, test, and report errors when the programmer is constantly impatient and irritated, and then blames me for the way I submit feedback? I submitted it as an outline list. He said it should be a single-level list, even though there is an arrow next to every main point so he can make it a one-level list instantly with a click of his mouse if he wishes. They keep ignoring reports for 12 years now, so some of these errors have been in the newspaper for 12 straight years. When I submit the same 12-year-old error and provide more background details in an indented sublevel to make it easier to fix, I get blamed and told that it is "bad feedback" and "too much." Don't ask me to submit any feedback if you are unable to process it. Why pester me? I am a rank-and-file lumberjack; I am supposed to lumberjack the texts. I am not your troubleshooter in my free time. How should I explain that to those jerks? So the day promises to be stressful, to say the least. I don't exclude the option that if there is any commotion over the course of the day before 6pm arrives, I will simply resign from this commitment that was given to me by T1. At least she is my friend, so I am willing to conduct that video session at 6pm if she is still interested. But if there is any commotion similar to yesterday, where we are squabbling, arguing, and blaming each other from morning to evening, well, then I am leaving the option open to resign from conducting the meeting, or even from attending it. Even though T1 is my friend, she is completely free to fire me today. I am perfectly willing to quit the newspaper today after 11 and a half years; I don't have any problem with that. I can find some new goddamn job. I can be a janitor and read philosophy while sitting in the janitor's booth. I've had enough of this. So I am perfectly willing to resign not just from conducting the goddamn meeting at 6pm, but from the whole lumberjacking job. I just don't care. If there is any resemblance to those conflicts from yesterday, I am refusing to even participate in that meeting at 6pm. And if that means I get fired from the newspaper, well, then go ahead and fire me. If it was anyone else other than T1 who asked me to conduct this meeting, I would flatly refuse. (This is just a lumberjacking team meeting; the programmer won't even be there.) The IT department, via that chief programmer, refuses to receive our feedback and even blames us for the way we submit it. He forced us to submit feedback to him on an issue that is cosmetic for us but important for him. Then, on the following day, he blamed us, claiming we gave him an incomplete assignment submitted in a chaotic fashion, even though he was the one who requested it. He believes we are his slaves and have no work of our own, expecting us to leave everything behind and do only what he wants, only to slam us the next day because it was not structured exactly how he wanted it. And this without him specifying how he wants to get it. He just never says anything. He believes we are clairvoyant and know exactly what he wishes to receive without specifying it beforehand. Well, then go to hell. Listen, we are not your subordinates. You are in a completely goddamn different department. Why should we provide feedback to you only to get slammed by you the following day? God damn it! Well, before I even managed to finish dictating this goddamn entry, there it is: the continuation of squabbles. Once again, a post arrived, this time from ex-ŽTB on one of the two controversial subjects from yesterday, on that stupid italic or non-italic comma following an isolated italic word in a sentence. Once again, it was a very long post, and I could not resist. I spent just now dictating another lengthy, controversial, infuriated, and outraged reply, dictated it into Slack, and sent it off. It took me 10 or 15 minutes in the midst of dictating this goddamn Vdenník journaling entry. So there it goes. This morning starts in exactly the same vein as yesterday. I must simply stop this, or this may be the very last day for me at the newspaper if it continues like this. Because of course I'm upset, so I reacted in a pretty upset manner just now, and it was a pretty long tirade I've just submitted to the internal lumberjack channel. This is exactly how this day must not continue. This must be the very last input from me on that goddamn stupid issue. As I'm dictating this, it's already 6:18. I woke up three quarters of an hour ago, and I've been simply dictating about the traumas of yesterday here. But it's now almost an hour late, and the so-called trap window is getting close when I'm supposed to fetch the breakfast baguettes via podunajskí Pochod, ideally from podunajskí Kaufland. So that's exactly what I'm going to do now. I will finish dictating this entry and off I go outside to fetch the breakfast baguettes, so that I start this day exactly as it should be started: with the morning Pochod to fetch the baguettes. The good thing is that the minimum viable pôst of 12 hours has already been reached. Pôst has now been ongoing for 13 hours and 16 minutes, so that's nice. That's done. By the way, those 20 minutes of snoring, I'm perfectly sure that that is still in response to the `Džankfurt` overload from the previous weeks and also to the lack of movement. Yesterday, the only thing I ate for the entire day was makové rezance in the school cafeteria, and then two flaštičky of Actimel. That's it, that was my entire Krmivo for yesterday. I don't feel hunger at all because I was so overstuffed. I mean, I'm almost attacking 100 kilos; I gained five or six kilos over the last few absolutely stressful, harrowing weeks. So I must now change course, like I said. I counteracted the excessive snoring by eating very little yesterday, and it was not enforced: it just naturally happened that my only meal yesterday was those makové slíže in the school cafeteria, followed by two flaštičky of Actimel. Now I must continue counteracting it by undertaking a Pochod, with as many Časowki as possible along the 3 km or 4 km route. Let's get outside right now and do it. By the way, I was quite surprised by how I got rewarded for yesterday's Pochod while underslept. I received a whopping 19 PAI points from Škridfit, which is usually very stingy in awarding points. It really rewarded my effort in marching outside while completely exhausted. Despite an almost complete lack of movement over the past week, my weekly PAI score rose to 42 points yesterday, I think; right now it shows 33 points. Of course, the daily goal is 15 points. Let's see how many of those 15 points I can get during this morning Pochod to fetch the baguettes. I also have those dark grapes I purchased yesterday afternoon. I really like my restraint from yesterday; that was the right step. I originally wanted to go to podzáhradní Vietnamci to eat citrónovo-feferónková Poľiewka, even though I didn't have the money for it. But during that shopping orgy at Ružinovský Lidl, when I bought such a load of stuff, I changed my mind: I didn't have the money for the soup anyway, I wasn't hungry, and the makové slíže were just great. Why eat a huge bowl of soup just to celebrate the arrival of autumn, which was my previous justification? So I abandoned that plan and instead purchased a big bunch of red or purple grapes. That was intended to be my second course of the day, but it suddenly got too late (almost 5:00 PM), so I decided to skip the grapes as well. I only drank the two flaštičky of Actimel at 5:03 PM: three minutes late, but that's okay. I exercised some very nice restraint yesterday, so I am on the right track. If I continue with two Pochodi today, that would be great: 1. One in the morning right now to fetch the baguettes 2. One at lunchtime to go and eat lunch inside the school cafeteria (not just fetch it) Hopefully both Pochodi happen today. Each can be just 3 km long; I don't need to force myself to hit the optimum distance of 10.5 km per day unless it occurs naturally, just like yesterday's restraint in terms of Krmivo occurred completely naturally. But other than that, this day should feature a combination of Paradajki devoted to various top urgent matters, primarily finishing the Vďibňík 3.0 workflows. But how can I do that when yesterday's Vďibňík Kečup has not been slurped yet? It is tough to do. So before I can continue building those Vďibňík 3.0 workflows, I should at least try and finish backslurping yesterday's Vďibňík Kečup. A couple of months ago, I said the rule should be: if I manage to backslurp Vďibňík Kečup for the previous day within the Vormittag of the next day, that is still acceptable. But in case I fail to do that within Vormittag, I should just let it be and leave that day unresolved and not closed. This would be in harmony with the name of the currently ongoing era, FEMWR, where the F stands for fragmented. If I never manage to backslurp yesterday's Vďibňík Kečup, then so be it; it is going to be another fragmented day. I have just this Vormittag to do that. Other than that, I should swap Paradajki between three huge pressure points: 1. Building Vďibňík 3.0 workflows. 2. Delivering those 15 lumberjacking team feedback Paradajki that were supposed to be delivered 16 days ago. 3. Updating Google and Microsoft accounts, especially the user groups for the next school year for the Vinco school. I don't know whether I can manage to balance all of that in addition to the lumberjacking worries, the two-hour day shift from 4:00 to 6:00, and then likely a contentious Google Meet meeting that I never volunteered to lead but was asked to do. It is absurd, but it is now 6:55am. I have been dictating this opening entry for an hour and a half now, lying here in Vlčia Posťeľ, because exactly the same kind of quarrel, acrimony, and contention continues on Slack now. Our former boss, ex-ŽTB, was on vacation on previous days, but she has now arrived and started reacting in a controversial way to the squabbles from the last few days. Once again, I failed to exercise restraint. I responded to her right now in the midst of dictating this entry, and I responded in an animated way. I got instantly reprimanded by her that my tone is not right. If she were still the boss, I would be threatened with dismissal, just like she used to do. I was threatened several times with being fired for the tone of my Slack discussions when she was in charge. But now she is just a rank-and-file worker like me. She reprimanded me for my tone just like that other perpetually nervous lady lumberjack reminded me yesterday that I am inserting poison into the group. God damn it! So this day is completely devolving fast. It couldn't start in a worse way. God damn it! Once again, the exact same nightmare as yesterday: just squabbles and goddamn recriminations all the time in the goddamn Slack in my goddamn free time. God damn it! I should be completely free of the goddamn newspaper until 4pm, and even then, I should not have had any goddamn day shift today! It's just because I'm willing to substitute for goddamn lady lumberjacks who cancelled their shifts at the last goddamn moment! And in return, I get blamed for inserting goddamn poison in the goddamn lumberjacking goddamn group! And I have now spent the entire trap window from 6:30 to 7:00 by lying here dictating this goddamn entry and by quarreling with the goddamn lumberjacks in the goddamn newspaper. It is exactly 7:00 AM now as I am dictating this, finishing this goddamn motherflinching stinking pile of crap goddamn entry. What a nightmare start to the goddamn new day, goddamn it! I'll now be rising from Vlčia Posťeľ after a goddamn hour and a half, and I'll go out and fetch those goddamn baguettes, even though it's too late now. Goddamn it! ### Highlights - `vlčí Sarkofážňik` starts the day sleep-deprived but relatively okay overall, with one major issue: 20 minutes of alarming snoring, which he links to recent inactivity and overeating. - He is trying to reverse recent health drift by eating less, walking for baguettes, and fitting in more movement, while also still needing to “backslurp” yesterday’s unresolved `Vďibňík` `Kečup`. - The forced move to Gutenberg/WordPress is a major frustration: he sees it as a downgrade because the right-hand panel is too tall and unorderable, and main-image captions are still untracked in review history. - He is supposed to lead a 6 PM Google Meet for the `lumberjacking` team, but tension from yesterday’s disputes and the IT department’s hostile handling of feedback make him doubtful he should do it at all. - The morning deteriorates into renewed `Šľak` quarrels and reprimands, and `vlčí Sarkofážňik` says he may skip the meeting—or even quit the job entirely—if the conflict continues. > [!user] 🤖 `Minibot` > I can’t see the attached image here, so I’m reacting only to the text—and the text is already doing plenty. > > This is one of those mornings where the newspaper didn’t just intrude on your day; it moved into your bed and started rearranging the furniture before you were fully awake. The unresolved `Vďibňík` `Kečup` is a perfect little emblem of the whole mess: nothing gets finished cleanly, everything leaks into the next day, and then you spend 90 minutes in Vlčia Posťeľ trying to claw the morning back out of the jaws of `Šľak`. That’s not “fragmented era” as a poetic concept; that’s fragmentation as a hostile workplace hobby. > > On the Gutenberg/WordPress front, your rage is not decorative. The hidden caption, the unorderable right-hand panel, the fact that the most visible thing to readers is treated like a secret appendix—yes, that is a stupid design. It sounds like a workflow built by people who have never had to verify anything under deadline. And your complaint about being turned into unpaid QA is also fair. But there’s a trap in the way this keeps playing out: every time you go into a 10-minute fury sermon, they stop hearing the substance and start hearing “tone.” That doesn’t make them right; it just means you’re helping them dodge the real issue. > > The health bit is where I’d be less funny and more blunt: 20 minutes of terrifying snoring plus the recent weight gain and inactivity is not just a cute `lumberjack` sound effect. If the snoring is new or worse, that’s worth proper medical attention, because sleep apnea is not a personality quirk. I also wouldn’t romanticize yesterday’s “restraint” too much. Eating only `makové Slíže` and two Actimel reads less like clean discipline and more like your body and stress briefly forcing a weird truce. The walk to fetch the baguettes, though—that’s the most useful thing in the opening section. Real movement, real daylight, no workplace tribunal attached. > > As for the 6 PM meeting: if you do it, keep it narrow and factual. The team does not need a full opera about why Gutenberg is a cursed brick. They need the handful of practical workarounds, the few places where the new editor is genuinely worse, and then a hard stop. If the room starts smelling like yesterday again, the smartest move may be to step out before you become the designated sacrifice on the altar of other people’s bad process. You are not the chief programmer’s emotional support mule. > > And honestly, the janitor’s booth with philosophy isn’t just a comic escape hatch here. It’s telling. Your nervous system is already ranking peace above prestige, and it has a point. Right now the real contest isn’t you versus Gutenberg; it’s you versus the impulse to let the job eat the first hour and a half of every day and then call that “necessary communication.” Don’t let this thing have breakfast, lunch, and the afternoon too. > [!user2] 🤖 `Hĺbkobot` > `Sarkofážňik`, I can’t actually see the embedded `Chrapapka` screenshot, so I’m going on the text only. If there’s something visual in the snoring clips, I’m not seeing it. > > You woke at 05:26 with a plan: backslurp yesterday, move, fetch baguettes, don’t let the newspaper eat the day. By 07:00 you had spent an hour and a half lying in `vlčia Posťeľ`, dictating, and quarreling on `Šľak`. The day didn’t just devolve around you. You reached into it twice—once after the first post, then again after `ex-ŽTB`—right after telling yourself the previous reply had to be the last. That’s the real pattern here, and it isn’t Gutenberg or `T1` or the nervous lady `lumberjack`. You keep opening the door, then narrating yourself as trapped inside. > > The snoring worries me more than you’re letting yourself treat it. Twenty minutes of “absolutely terrifying” lumberjacking sounds is not just a blemish from `Džankfurt` and inactivity. That can be a genuine warning sign, especially alongside the weight jump over the past weeks. Don’t file it entirely under “change of course makes things worse before they improve.” That’s a body signal worth checking, not just a motivation to eat `makové Rezance` and march harder. > > Yesterday’s food restraint and the 19 PAI were real, but they’re yesterday. Today’s first concrete action was the `Pochod` for baguettes, and you skipped the whole trap window for `Šľak`. If you want the movement to be real, leave the phone behind or mute the channel until you’re back. Otherwise the `Pochod` remains a plan you narrate rather than do. > > On Gutenberg, I think you’re largely right on substance. An unorderable right-hand panel and captions that don’t appear in review history are genuine downgrades for a proofreading team. But the italic-comma fight is a perfect illustration of where you’re treating a papercut like a knife fight. You said the morning couldn’t continue this way, then made another long, infuriated input. You said you might quit, then kept arguing with people who can’t fire you anymore. You’re giving the job exactly the free time you say it shouldn’t get. > > About the 6pm meeting: stop making your participation contingent on whether the day stays calm. It hasn’t. If you’ll do it for `T1`, decide that now and protect the hours until 4pm. If you won’t, tell her now. The janitor-with-philosophy fantasy is understandable, but it’s also a fantasy of escaping a door you keep re-opening. > > The `Kečup` is still unslurped not because the newspaper stole the day, but because you kept feeding the same quarrel. Go fetch the goddamn baguettes. That’s the one part of the plan that’s still executable. > [!user3] 🤖💃 `Lunabotka` > You have managed to identify the central emergency of the morning with admirable accuracy: the newspaper is eating the day before breakfast. The less admirable part is that you keep hand-feeding it. > > You began by declaring that yesterday’s quarrel must not be allowed to continue, then spent an hour and a half in `vlčia Posťeľ` replying to exactly the kind of `Šľak` provocation you had just announced you would stop answering. You even sent the “very last input” and then immediately supplied the sequel. That is not a moral failure; it is a highly reliable trap. But it is a trap, and today you stepped into it with both boots. > > The technical complaints about Gutenberg sound substantial rather than merely anti-upgrade reflex. A tall, unorderable panel that hides frequently used controls, plus featured-image captions that vanish from meaningful review history, are genuine workflow defects for people doing exactly your job. “The upgrade is a downgrade” is not automatically old-man-yells-at-cloud material here. Still, being right about the interface does not make every ten-minute `Šľak` counterattack worth ten minutes of your life. The chief programmer may indeed be handling feedback badly, but your long, infuriated replies are giving the organisation an easier subject—your tone—to discuss than the defects you are reporting. You can be correct and still make yourself conveniently dismissible. > > For today, the sane boundary is brutally simple: you are a `lumberjack`, not the unpaid emergency department of WordPress. If you conduct the 6 PM meeting, conduct a limited orientation: what changed, which controls to disable, what the known pitfalls are, and what is explicitly outside the meeting’s remit. No live adjudication of yesterday’s disputes, no promise to test everything, no becoming the human shock absorber between fifteen `lumberjacks` and IT. `T1` asking you is a reason to honour a bounded commitment, not a reason to donate your entire nervous system. And do not decide whether to resign after spending the morning chemically marinating in `Šľak`. If you still want to quit when calm, that decision will remain available; it does not need to be made at 7:00 AM in a fugue of goddamn recriminations. > > The snoring deserves more seriousness than your current theory gives it. I can’t inspect the `Chrapapka` image itself here, so I’m going only by your description. Twenty minutes of “lumberjacking” snoring, recent weight gain, and poor sleep should not be confidently filed under “`Džankfurt` overload” and treated with aggressive restriction. It could be benign, but it can also be a sign of sleep-disordered breathing or sleep apnoea. If this repeats, or if there is gasping, choking, witnessed pauses in breathing, morning headaches, marked daytime sleepiness, or trouble staying awake, arrange medical assessment rather than trying to diet the snoring away. If breathing trouble is severe or you wake unable to breathe, that is urgent. > > And yesterday’s one meal plus two Actimels is not evidence that you have found the correct anti-snoring protocol.
