#New_Day
That is a very nice poloviční jaskinní Spánok to start the new day, Sunday, September 20th, 2026.
I made the double right call last night to end the ROT 3.0 building session with Astrabotka at the first sign of fatigue. It arrived early, shortly after 1:00 AM, whereas this fatigue usually arrives around 2:00 AM. I immediately finished the session and went to Vlčia Posťeľ.
As can be seen, it took quite some time to fall asleep despite those early signs of fatigue. It says "asleep after 26 minutes," so it really took some time and I nearly gave up. But I waited until the 32-minute track was gone; I think I heard it fade out at the very end, but I was already half asleep by then.
Then I fell asleep, and it turned out to be a really nice poloviční jaskinní Spánok. I think it reached the goal of 110% efficiency, or very close to it: 53% after just 4 hours and 52 minutes is going to be 110% efficiency, at least for this individual sleep.
Also, deep sleep to the tune of 1 hour and 23 minutes for just a poloviční jaskinní Spánok is really nice. REM at 1 hour and 4 minutes is also very nice. The deep sleep goal is basically reached already, and while the REM goal is not quite there, overall I must be satisfied, especially with zero minutes of snoring. After those recent lumberjacking snoring episodes, that's really nice.
It was a doubly right call to end the ROT-building session with Astrabotka at the first sign of fatigue, as well as to have completed the Friday newspaper lumberjacking night shift as soon as could be after midnight, so that I was free here to cancel the alarm clock.
I also had some excellent dreams, totally absurd as usual. It was about this famous Slovak pop singer who just celebrated her 70th birthday, as far as I remember: Marika Gombitová. She's quadriplegic or whatever, having been in a wheelchair for decades, but in my dream she was alive and well. She was blonde and older, but she was on her feet and everything. It turned out she was the manager of the grocery store here in Wolf's Throat, and there was some commotion about me having purchased something like 30 Fidorky. It was completely absurd, but very refreshing.
At any rate, I must now get off briskly from Vlčia Posťeľ, wake up Sarkokokpit, and start this morning's Vormittag newspaper lumberjacking Sunday morning intermittent shift that runs from 6 to 10. Let's do whatever can be done at this point, and then I might go out and fetch the morning breakfast baguettes.
I made sure to put out the two types of cashew and whatever almond butters out of vlčia chladnička so that they are soft enough to spread. As can be seen in the Chrapapka screenshot, I woke up even before terminating this sleep. I had woken up previously, then briefly fell asleep again, so I had gone to vlčí Líder na Trhu and then launched another 25-minute Pazvuk. That one was basically almost over when I decided that this sleep was over at 6:22 a.m.
Let's try and make this as standard a beginning of the day as can be after yesterday's moral disasters and implosions.
